  Joe was fantastic from beginning to end! We just purchased our first home, and I honestly wasn’t looking forward to the paperwork (absolutely despise it). However, Joe and his team made the mortgage loan process so easy and seamless, and answered all my questions (I had many) in a timely manner. If you’re looking to close quickly with no hiccups, Joe is your guy! Highly recommend!!!

  What can I say about Joe other than amazing!!! Joe worked with us for over a year while we searched for our perfect house. I can't tell you how many times I called him asking for payment details on perspective properties, way too many, lol. Joe never once acted like I was bothering him, always ready to help my wife and I. He made the whole process so easy and always talked us through each part and what to expect. I can't recommend him and his team enough!!!

  Joe was amazing throughout our refi process. He had patiences with us when we were deciding which option to go with, he provided detailed videos to make sure we understood the documents and the process. I highly recommend him if you have any mortgage needs.

  Joe is an excellent loan officer. He has been very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process for our purchase. Our escrow closed earlier than the expected date because of Joe and his team.

  I cannot speak highly enough of Joe. My wife and I have been working with Joe Kelley for the last 8 months. We put 9 offers in on different homes through that time period. Every time we called Joe he picked up the phone and every time we emailed him, he got back to us the same day. To say that he was responsive is an understatement. He also was able to explain multiple options for financing for our mortgage. And when we were in escrow, he closed extremely quick. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and always accessable. We will be using him in the future if we have any more home purchases.
