      This bank is the worst. I work long hours but I I got off of work early one day and went to this branch without an appointment to try to open an account and even though it was pretty slow they said I needed an appointment. so I made an appointment and ask to get off early from work to be able to be at the appointment at 4pm. But some banker said that someone was going to come shortly but after waiting and waiting almost 40mins I went and asked the manager and he seemed to careless and told me to wait. But after waiting several minutes more they weren’t able to see me. Do they expect me to ask for my entire day off to wait to be seen even though I have an appointment?. No thanks I will be trying a different bank definitely not Wells Fargo.

      Great customer service. Thought I was going to have to call my other bank with a check issue. Wells Fargo took care of it. I didn’t catch the 2 employees that helped me but they took care of me within a matter of minutes. Thank you for your service

      I went in to purchase a few rolls of quarters of Maya Angelou. The didn't know if they had any. BAD INVENTORY AND CUSTOMERSERVICE. . I asked the teller and another employee neither new the answer. I walked out empty handed.🤷🏽‍♀️ SMH

      I was at Wells Fargo on Del-Paso Rd November 8, 2021 11:10am-11:50 am and a banker male named Erik came up to me and asked what brings me in and I told him I have to speak with a banker for questions about my account and he refused to help me, not even giving a intent to help me. He said he has to get another banker which I've now been waiting for another 15 minutes still waiting for a banker. All I see Erik do is go back to his banker computer, typing with no customers at his banker desk and my question was related to overdrawn account that he could've helped me with in that time period he spent typing. I eventually got the help I needed from Alvaro Prado.

      The business account manager at this bank is a bit unprofessional. We made an appointment to open up 2 business accounts and when we arrived to the branch today the only person available (The business account manager Rav informs us that we would have to wait because he had scheduled a call). This is the second time that we have come to this branch attempting to open an account and both times we have been made feel somewhat cold and un-welcomed, almost as if we are asking them to do us a favor. We handed him all of our paperwork and he then asks for our articles of incorporation, and said he couldn't open the account. instead of looking thru the paperwork that he was holding which had that paperwork. We ended up not opening the accounts. I have been I highly recommend that your business manager be re trained in the areas of customer service/ customer communications.

      Cannot believe there are 5+ bankers at this location and none are notaries. PATHETIC. We walked in and they are all sitting on their phones. Do better Wells Fargo.

      All banks know that fridays is their busiest day. Came in today at 2pm with the line all the way outside and there are only 2 tellers. During the busiest times of the day. No why would they arrange it like that?

      Came in to get a direct deposit form and the teller informed me that I would have to wait for a banker over at the seating area. Was ignored for a good twenty minutes. The young Asian lady sitting across from me has been sitting there for awhile too and she eventually got up to leave for being ignored too. I stuck around for another five minutes until the older gentleman who seemed to be on his break passed by me. I felt wrong for interrupting his break but the other two younger gentlemen who ignored their clients, sitting and waiting, weren’t going to help me. They even looked straight at me too but turned away as if they were busy. Obviously they weren’t doing anything as they got up to assist other people that were in line. I wouldn’t want these guys to help me out if they don’t want to help me in the first place. Rude! Anyways, the older gentleman helped me out. It was less than five minutes only and I greatly appreciate it as the process to print out a form is that easy. Thank you Ravinder! Please have all your staff trained to treat all clients equally!

      This is the worst backing experience i have ever experience. First of all, at 3:47 there were no other people but I was told by Eric to make an appointment and return tomorrow. I asked him why do I need appointment with zero capacity? He accepted me but asked me to pay $5 per color page print out of bank statement. I refuse to pay him but I promise him I will let customer know about his unprofessional business and performance.

      This location was amazing! Nothing like what I read in the reviews. Personal Banker Kashev M. had me in and out in a timely manner! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and told someone will be with me very soon. Then BOOM! Kashev was there in less than a minute. I highly recommend their service. I don’t ever have problems with Wells Fargo or this location.
