  Eric Stevenson and his team, including Brandon Powell, helped me from A-Z throughout the mortgage process. I first decided to pursue a house (as well as my first rental property) around April 2014 and was looking for someone who could not only deliver exceptional value and customer service, but was also knowledgeable in rental property. Eric partnered with me and over-delivered to get me into my first house/rental property 2 months later. I highly recommend Eric and look forward to working with him again as I look for my next rental property. As part of my career, I live and breathe customer service and here's how Eric earned my business: - Made time to meet with me in late evenings at his office (after 5pm) - Somehow managed to stay incredibly patient and professional as I became frustrated with the process and learning curve involved with being a first-time buyer and landlord - Always answered his phone when I called; I rarely heard his voicemail - Eric correctly "predicted" the types of supplemental documents that would be needed prior to sending the paperwork into underwriting which a) saved a TON of time for the underwriting process and b) reduced my frustration on many occasions - Most importantly, because of my debt-to-income ratio, it was proving a huge obstacle to get the loan amount I needed. BUT, Eric worked with me on reviewing my credit score and outstanding lines of credit (and student loans) to be able to close the deal and therefore get me into my first house.
