  I had a great experience at this location. I came there after having a bad experience with another dealership. I was immediately helped by Rashad. He explained how things were and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. After a few test drives I had my new car that was within my budget. I will recommend them.

  I found you guys through the marketplace on Facebook. I went through several posts until I came across JT’s post. I messaged him and he let me know what to bring. I sat on it for 2 days and I just felt like this was the place I needed to go! Jt was awesome to me ! He was friendly and he listened. We browsed on the site for decent cars as I was looking for something fuel efficient. He was patient and he even helped me find great rates on car insurance!! Thank You JT and Us Auto Sales! I enjoyed my experience and I love my car !

  I would recommend US auto sales to anyone looking for a car. Willie Brown was my salesman and he got me into exactly the car I wanted and I had several good choices, I had a hard time deciding which car I wanted and Willie Brown was very patient with me while I decided. Thank you Willie Brown this was the best car buying experience ever no pressure no hassle car sales.

  I was really frustrated with the car buying process. Da car plug assured me that I would be driving off that lot driving clean. I was skeptical at first because I have bad credit. Plus I only had about 1200 to put down. Needless to say I drove off that lot riding clean. My kids and I love the car. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. If you need a car holla at da car plug. He got you.

  THE WORST company I have ever Delt With. First of all they ARE SCAMMERS. They have hidden fees you won’t know about til you get a call from them with a new Bill. Secondly if you ever switch your job Make SURE you got everything on file that you gave them Because they will Make it seem like they didn’t get it and Your payment date won’t change. They will cut your car off and THEY CANT SEND A CODE TO YOUR VEHICLE if you Have an emergency And you need to move the car. You can’t get extensions until you had the car for 6 months. Overall the worst people I’ve experienced and they will never get any business from me or my family nor friends. I don’t recommend this company to anybody.

  Charrales Hill is and excellent Service Support Admin. I needed a part fixed on a vehicle I just purchased in July...he told me what time to come in and I was there in less than 1 hour!! He has the BEST Customer Service Skills and I will be back!

  My vehicle was towed in the very next after purchasing my vehicle. I was very upset going into the service center. My service advisor Charrales Hill helped out a lot with putting me into a loaner vehicle.l and keeping me updated with any repairs that was performed on my vehicle. If I have any more issue with me vehicle I will most definitely love for him to be advisor again while my vehicle is in service at union city. Thanks Mr. Hill I will most definitely refer my friends to you if anything goes wrong with the vehicle.

  I had an awesome experience and great customer service with Angel my saleswoman. Angel is very knowledgeable and her professionalism exceeds anyone I have ever dealt with in the past. I highly recommend her and this dealership. Kudos to Angel!

  Good service and excellent customer service. Bought the car and within a few days I was having issues took the car in only to find out that the issues we're not covered under the 30 day warranty. But was told Vechile Service Contract covered it. Drayton the technician rode with me and helped pinpoint the issues. The issues were made known to the service manager and he took care of me. No complaints since.
