  I had a horrible experience with ATC 2 years ago at another location, but since then they have redeemed themselves. My tax preparer was Lorena and she was GREAT! She made sure all my info was correct and took VERY GOOD CARE OF ME. She worked with me in every way possible to ensure i was satisfied with filing and walked out with a check the same day. She was very detailed in making sure i knew EXACTLY what i would paying and what i would be receiving. She fully layed out my options to me and made sure i got the best result. Thanks Lorena, you have earned my business back next year!

  They told me yesterday my income tax check will be there tomorrow , so I go in today and they tell me I have to wait till after 4pm to get my income tax check . I’m pretty upset at this point because that’s the same time my bank closes and I definitely didn’t wanna cash my check and walk around with a lot of cash .... So I come back at 4pm anyways for them to tell me they still don’t have my check because there’s Bank issues . When I asked how long it would take? ..... she shrugged Me off like well we close at 8pm hopefully before then and walks away . I think that’s very unprofessional and unfair to people that filed with ATC ! How can you mess up With everybody that was getting paper checks ? It makes no sense and they could care less. I definitely will NOT be filing with the ATC on Old National Next Year !

  First off they are a complete ripoff. They tell lots of lies. I called them two weeks ago and ask them just like other customers have about my stimulus money and was told several lies as to where my money would be going got up this morning and check the website only to see that my money went where I told them it would go their tax company account now you can’t get an answer on the phone or let in the office to see where your money is shame on ATC people has lost their jobs and need that money to get by and you guys turned your backs on your clients I have sent a complaint in to Fox 5 about this because it’s not right

  ATC income tax on old national hwy their are so professional. I had an appointment at 9am. They where on time, sweet and very helpful. I would referr anyone to this location
