Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Lee Angelo2Don't waste your time. I created an account online and deposited $100 like they asked and days later my account was locked. BEFORE I even received my debit card. No matter how I try to schedule an appointment or make contact with them to see the issue I get the run around or they're always closed. You guys literally stole my money and won't even acknowledge it. Keep in mind that there are people with kids who need to get by so stealing their money is a sure way to upset someone and cause them to write bad reviews or worse.... Hopefully this location gets shut down soon because at this point it's just an abandoned building with working light. The trees outside are pretty so there's your 2 stars

Patty Cakes1This location has no tellers, however, lists it as open from 10 am to 4 pm, website needs to be updated as ATM ONLY !!

Missy Westbrook1Not only did Bank of America want to charge me $8 to cash a check issued by their bank, but the teller was extremely rude about it. When I finally said "I understand that there is a fee, I and just questioning the legality of the fee" I asked to speak to a manager. To which he said yes and told me to have a seat and wait. I researched on line and decided to open, then close a savings account (no fee to open or close) and was then told by another teller that I would have to wait and talk to a manager and that it would be 30 mins or more???? Why didn't the first teller tell me it would be 45 mins? I had already wasted 15 minutes. If you have a couple of hours to waste and a lot of money for fees, this is the brank/bank for you. Not for me though, I'll stick with Ameris bank that does not charge people to cash checks I write off my account.

Arielle DeVonna4Never knew it was back here, but it's a good thing there's no crazy traffic everywhere. My deposit was quick and the line wasn't long.
Response from the ownerThank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. ^chris

Bree'on Huff1Very unprofessional. I've been waiting for over 30 minutes. There is only one teller working the front and the line is through the door. There is a older foreign speaking lady walking around doing absolutely nothing. Handing out deposit slips. I know she can work a teller station because I've seen her on one a few times before. I'm guessing because management isn't here she doesn't want to work today. This will be my last time coming to this location. Its absolutely ridiculous! I wish i could give 0 stars

Norman Masters1This is a sorry excuse for a bank. Always just 1 teller at the counter and all other employees running around or greeting. 2 tellers behind the counter is like a blue moon. Line always long, wait always long, service is not good. The female manager does not know how to do her job. There is 1 guy there and 1 teller there (the only teller) who are always spot on, but for an entire bank that just wont do. Id wonder if it has anything to to with the demographic of union city, but I already know the answer to this question. Things that make you say Hmmmm.

R Tate1If I could give zero stars I would. They are very unprofessional. I waited in line 35 mins now I’m waiting an extra 45 mins to a hour because they say they need to update my signature. The other Bank of America I’ve gone to never gave me this issue. This is just awful to have to wait damn near 2 hours for service. Besides I have witnessed 3 other angry customers in here today. Im sure it will be more due to this place poor business etiquette.

Ms. Kay1The wait times are unbelievably long at this location. There is consistently one or two tellers but 5 people walking around doing nothing. This is even the case on a Friday or during lunch hours when customer presence is expected to be high. Oddly, if I go to BoA in Peachtree City, this is not a concern, which speaks to proper management and decision-making.

Shauna Brown1Slow service.Charmane(i believe is her name, once u get to her) is Always nice and quick. There is no merchant window for the surrounding buisness that need change(which is why i go to this location). Im not to say we are better than regular customers, but we do have stores to open. I understand there are changes ahead(phasing out tellers), but if the line is out the door, there is no reason why all hands shouldnt be on deck. Atleast to get the line down. The one lady, her name starts whith an " N " roams around with no obvious sense of customer service. Not to mention people block the depository( tryin to use the ATM) and make it unsafe for those who have to drop money at night. There is a sign posted but its past the depository and is not easliy seen. I have NEVER been to a bank like this and would not use for personal use.

Francisco Cortez1Worst bank to ever go to. I own a business and I’ll rather go to Wells Fargo from now on! The bank sucks the people inside the bank are lazy too lazy. I really don’t have words for them but just laziness .. they only have one window open but have 6-7 people asking what you here for and what may they help you. Shhh! Open another damn window!!
