  I purchased a car from Chase about 2 years ago and I want to say he was a nice, honest salesman. I know, those 2 words are almost never heard together when talking about a car salesman, but they apply to Chase and US Auto.

  Was out car shopping last Saturday and found a Charger that I liked. Talked to Nick and went over all of the details of the car and took it for a long test drive. I loved the car and was told up front everything about the Charger. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the salesman I ended up driving away with the Dodge. Thank you for all of your help with the purchase and will definitely come back and recommend you to my friends.

  Only 1 car on their website, went there in person, most of the decent looking vehicles had sold written on the windows. Tried to look at an excursion, but it was missing a bunch of parts. ( 4x4 lockouts, multiple lug nuts, FRONT DRIVE SHAFT! ) Was not pleased. Didn't even wait around to speak to anyone.

  Make sure to have a mechanic check the vehicle before you sign the paperwork. Once you sign it, all their problems are now your problems. A dead battery doesn't suddenly occur but you give it a good charge before you sell it and it's good enough to get it off the lot.

  Visited twice during open hours and nobody was around. Emailed for info nothing. Called multiple times and still haven’t heard back. And their cars dont even have info, price, etc on the window. Will Not continue trying here.

  Salesman doesn't have any knowledge of vehicles. Owner is rude and doesn't care about selling cars.
