      I got money from their ATM. It dispensed two $50 bills. I went inside to ask for 5 $20 bills and the clerk said they aren’t able to give me change. It’s ridiculous that you can’t even get change for your own money.

      Just opened a new account and I was very impressed! My teller, and I’m sorry I don’t know her name, was amazing! Took her time and explained everything, including questions about the direct deposit. I’ve never have had an experience with a bank like this. Thank you US Federal!

      I have worked with the loan Department on numerous occasions. Rich Serna never disappoints. He makes it so easy and so fast. Rich Serna is a pleasure to work with. I've had many headaches in the past but never here at us federal credit union. If you stop in or need a loan ask for Rich he will get you on your way with what you need!! Thanks Rich

      Do not get a mortgage with this bank! They will run your credit and tell you what your approved for. You will then tell them what you can afford to put down on a home. Then you will find a home with the parameters you had discussed with the bank. Then one week before closing on the new house they will say that you need more money down on the house by 10 thousand dollars despite having mortgage insurance which protects them immensely. They requested i take from my retirement account. This bank is a total joke. The hoops you jump through are completely retarded. The lies you hear in the beginning will disgust you later on. Buying a house should be one of the best moments in a person's life, not one they will look back on and hate due to the lenders scumbag underwriter. With that being said I do think that the employees that work there are friendly and just doing what they r told. Will never do business with them again though. In response to the owners comment on my review: If everything was clear up front, as you stated, I would not have written such a terrible review of your bank. I was told that 5 percent down is good enough on a conventional loan and months go by then 1 week before close I'm told I need 10 percent. Tell me how that is clear and up front? You guys put my family in a serious bind and the seller of the home was inconvenienced as well.

      Shady. My husband and I have separate accounts. When fraud occurred on his ATM card, they covered him completely. When MY ATM card was compromised, I was responsible for the first $30. They recently changed the drive thru procedure without telling anyone. Completely drove off without my money thinking it was my fault. Turns out, it was their fault. It took an act of Congress for them to fill potholes in the drive thru. Shady.

      They are liers they tell keep telling me that I’m getting my $150 dollars for opening up a checking account they said it would be deposited on April 22 2021 but now they tend MAY 12th they keep changing the date on me time to start looking for a new credit union to go to

      I would not recommend this bank for any type of loan. You have to jump through hoops and when you do what they ask, you still do not "qualify" for their loan because of another "rule" they decide not to tell you about the first time. Anyone I know that has banked with them no longer does due to their totally asinine "rules".

      I put money into my account on Friday about 5pm,Here,its Saturday Night at 11pm and I still can't access my money? Made 5 or 6 calls to Customer Service today! What a joke! They're in the Philippines! Was going to make them my Primary Bank,But,May just close the account altogether! INCOMPETENT is something that speaks for itself!

      Portage drive up tellers are the rudest people ever! They never greet or say thank you. Horrible service. The ATM is always out of service so I have to deal with the rude tellers . Hate it at Portage location
