  Been Banking with Regional for years, there's been a lot of new faces in there lately. Last time I was in I believe I was Helped by Tiffany and Julie and I have to say for being kinda new, they know their stuff. I was given Top notch professional service.

  Nobody ever answers the phones here. The answering machine says that all representatives are busy so apparently you just have to keep calling for over two hours. They then transfer you to a voicemail box that says the person is out of office. You also cannot access your own money in your account as they set limits and then decline you despite you having that money.

  For the last 3-4 months Regional Federal Credit Inion as fail to post my VA and Army retired funds timely to my account. The Treasury department sends out payments 24 -48 hours before they are due. Yet this bank can not seem to place my money in my account sometimes before noon

  Chess, I apologize if your VA payments are not being deposited in a timely fashion. Please give us a call at 800.762.7419, and we can take a look at your account with you to see why they are not posting in a timely fashion. Again, I apologize as we strive to give every member 5-star treatment.

  I am very happy with the service offered to me at this branch. The staff truly cares about helping their customers. I look forward to catching up with the ladies when I stop by.   The staff is very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. I do most of my banking inside just because of the friendliness of the staff. Irma Torres, VP of Branch Development is phenomenal! I highly recommend Regional Federal Credit Union.

  Barb has always been there when I need a loan, a question about my account or lock myself out of my account. She is only an email away and i would be absolutely lost without her.

  I have been banking with Regional Federal Credit Union in Portage IN for as long as I can remember! The staff is always so helpful and polite ! A new staff member Amanda Walker has been super kind and very helpful with all my family’s banking needs! I Suggest to everyone to head over to Regional for their banking and credit union needs!

  I’ve had my personal and business accounts with Regional in Valpo for over 10 years! Excellent service and friendly staff! It’s great visiting and the staff knows your name when you visit. Highly recommended!

  Great Credit Union with great rates!!! stopped in met Barb Johns late on a Monday evening everyone inside was a pleasure to deal with and I was in and out with a Approved loan and Check in less then 30 minutes!! I will be back for future loans, please get a coffee machine for me to match the beautiful lobby

  I love going to my credit union! The people that work there are wonderful! They are friendly and always willing to help with what I need. The people are enthusiastic and always brighten my day! Love them!
