  Very polite, informative in all areas. Cannot ask for a better group of people, they treat you like you matter and not just another customer walking in the store.   Sold me a fake Gibson Supreme Root Beer, it was not made in USA, they stated it was worth over 4k, sold it less than half that, tells me something wrong as someone knew it was fake it appears, then had employees sell it, they tried to say same us on ebay over 4k. but those were real gibson. I asked about flaws they ignored me. Watch out and three day returns. Don't by high end unless your an expert.

  First off we are happy that you visited again and received a refund. On most things that we sell the three day policy applies, but for situations like yours we can make exceptions.   Awesome staff people vibe I have never bought something with a problem here and bought many tools. Seen them reject people. For a pawnshop I would say this is a good spot to hit.. Any tool this place most likely has it. The staff is great and they keep a uplifting beat.. good place.

  I bought some silver from them that they noted as 1 oz silver. I bought 12, seemed to be a very fair price until I put them on the scale. They were 25 grams not 31. I looked the coin up on the internet and it confirmed 25 grams instead of the 31 that makes a troy ounce. They did agree to give me a refund but now the silver is worth more than I paid for it so im supposed to reward them for misleading me? I asked for the 2oz of silver I was missing, no go! They should give me the 36 dollars to make up the difference before I report them to the BBB, just a thought!

  Awesome staff.. especially megan! She is always cheerful and able to answer any questions that I have. She makes your visit there enjoyable, and she goes out of the way to make sure the customer is happy! I would reccomend this pawn shop to anyone looking for a good deal on a quality product!

  I've been back in Indiana for 6 months and I have gone into the portage location several times because the staff is amazing!! I usually have Ben help me and he's always so kind and helpful!! I know he's my favorite to have wait on me. I will keep going back. The store is very well organized and clean to.

  Great place of business loved to thrift shop there. I love the staff they are awesome. Big shout out to Monica, Megan, Caleb, and Derrick. I shop there for a variety of items. Weather its tools, electronics,silver or jewelry.

  I come here whenever I need a few extra bucks. It is a very clean and have been fair to me whenever I need to pawn something. They also do payday loans. They are pricey but no different than anywhere else. I would recommend Pawn king to anyone that needs a quick collateral loan. Best regards, Michael

  I bought an over priced guitar from there and I realized that the neck of the guitar had a crack in the wood. refused to take back my guitar and wouldn’t give me my money back. Never again will I give my business to pawn king.

  Went here to purchase DVDs. Good selection, clean, un-scratched discs in alphabetical order, which was awesome for looking for specific movies. Better than digging in the DVD bin at walmart;) And $1 per DVD, beats any other price. Clean store, nice staff.
