  Corey Perez is amazing and knowledgeable about the loan process! He was able to connect us with a realtor that was right for us. He was able to walk us through improving our credit to get the loan price range we wanted. He was able to help us through the documents and easily directed us through paperwork and every step that was coming, along with things we should do before buying! He stayed late for phone calls because my husband and i work 7 days a week and could only call after 5-6 pm. He worked with us 99% remotely as we could not make it to his office. He made sure we had what we needed well in advance to make sure each step progressed smooth for us. We were able to start the process and buy our home in less than a few months. And he said he could have done it quicker if we had needed! I cannot say what a blessing he was to our experience and we 10/10 recommend him for anyone looking for a home! He will make this process 300X easier than you can even imagine!

  My experience with Tim Beal and the whole crew of diamond residential was great nothing was pushed upon me nor was it being rushed. It was a long process(2+ years)to find the house that we wanted everybody in the office understood and it turned out to be the best experience from start to finish. Even though everything is finish Tim has still greatly offered his help with anything and any questions that I need.
