  I had a great experience when going to this branch! The staff was helpful and extremely friendly! Nargelyn Bolano was very helpful in getting me all the information I needed in a timely manner and always had a smile! It was great working with her!

  Excellent service. Got cards replaced right at the branch same day. Unitus has always been a good resource for banking. We've been customers for fifteen years.

  THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ANY BANK I'VE EVER USED. I needed a new debit card and so I went into the branch to order a new one. The teller told me that they would call me when the new one came in. No one ever called, so I called the main number. TURNS OUT THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO ORDER IT. Also turns out that's not even the proper protocol, they either print a card on the spot when you are at the branch, or they send you a card by mail. Unreal and a giant waste of my time not to mention the inconvenience of not having access to my money for 2 weeks.

  I went here because I needed help with my account, and Charles was there to help me. He helped me understand what was going on, and made it easy for me to continue to pick Unitus. He is a great employee!

  Wish that Unitus would make it easier to pay my car payment on line. Running it to the branch is inconvenient. Opening a Unitus savings account and transferring the funds each month (added fees included of course) is a nuisance. This is the only bill I struggle with this way. Unitus could make this very quick and easy for me...
