      Made an appointment to close an account - I thought by necessity after visiting the website - and showed up here mistakenly (my appointment was at another branch a 1/4 mile away - it might have helped to have the text confirmation show the branch address, but w/e). They weren't expecting me. I had to stand in front of the door and call to talk with someone. They made me go through the drive through. Fair enough I guess, but what got me was this: they gave me a cashier's check with my (very small) account balance without asking me how I wanted my money. When I asked for cash, they told me there would be a charge because I "wasn't a member anymore". Really? Not doing business with this bank again.

      They refused notarization of I-9 citing some rules. They are rude and don't know their bank rules. The other branch (Walker Road) gladly did it.

      They are extremely slow! Waited over 10 min with nobody in line there are multiple people walking around and nobody willing to help! Never coming back here again!

      We parked at outside for more than 15 min and no one come check on us. Then we came inside they were able to help someone right away. The service is soooooo slow.

      I called the branch at 9:40 to notify them I would be making a large cash withdrawal for closing fees on a house. Nobody could be bothered to pick up the phone. When I stopped in during my lunch break at 11:40 the teller told me their "Systems were down but I could call back later to see if they were working again".

      During the lunch hour, typically a busy time for any bank, why are there only two tellers? There are three other employees sitting at desks and a line of customers 10 deep. Isn’t anyone cross trained to assist? Seems odd... The teller that assisted me, Laura, was very nice and helpful. But it took me 25 min to make one transaction? There was a manager there but she did not step in to assist.

      A very unpleasant experience. Came to get my statement, spent 20 minutes with incompetent teller, came home and found, that they didn't email it. Came back asking them again for the statement, waisted hours of my time. How can someone work at the bank without knowing a primitive job.

      Every time I deposit coins they accept me with open arms(white American) but they tell my husband they can't help him for the same reason because he's not a member but in fact he is. He is Asian and I'm pretty sure that this store is racist. They shoo him away every single time but I can walk in with no problem. We have to go to other US Banks because this specific location won't help us. If I can leave a 0 star I would, this has happened on multiple accounts all because he's a different race.

      Horrible customer service and rude branch manager Wendy. Went to cash a check over 1000.00 and she refused to cash it because the company issuing my check did not list their phone number on the oregon registry. She could have picked up the phone and called the customer but instead told me I had to cash it at my bank. It was 10 minutes to 6pm and I drove to the next us bank just 1 mile down the road and no problems. They called the customer. Wendy has no business being a manager and referred to Ms. ALI A TELLER for their policy. Teller whispered the business on the check had to be listed with 411 or the oregon.gov registry which it was. No mention of a phone number matching on the gov site. I tried desperately to have her call the client and she flat out refused. Very rude and i told her I would just go down the street to cash it. When I got to the next bank they cashed it no problem with the 7.00 fee and told me Wendy left a nice memo in regards to my prior attempt. The bottom line. She was profiling me and my appearance. She was misinformed on policy and completely rude to a possible future customer. Oh and not once did she suggest I open an account with them. Fire her! She doesn't belong in the customer service banking industry! This happened on 5/15/17 at 5:45 PM. AS a result I will no longer accept US Bank checks from any of my clients.
