augustine jees1I am sitting in the branch at 9:30 after making an appointment a before 3 days. The person whom I made the appointment is off(it is his usual day of off it seems as mentioned by lady in counter) and they did not help me at all. I have an appointment I made for time and the response I got was you can go to sunset branch. I am not sure what kind of a response was it?? Surprised at the customer response, very rude and not accommodating at all. No responsible behavior too. It takes customers some time to make it to your appointment. I am not sure if I want my money with you people. Sorry this is unfortunate, terrible or irresponsible.

shawn c5I have been going here for 5 years now, and won't go anywhere else. The customer service is top notch and I am always greeted on a first name basis, these guys are great!

Kat Loaf1I'd been a customer of this branch for nearly a decade. While seeking advice at the branch, the person consulting me made changes to my account without permission! Tons of issues with my billings started cropping up out of the blue (because I wasn't even aware of the changes) fees started piling in, but what hurt the most... My account with tons of exclusive grandfathered in options was obliterated. Phone support was unable to undo the damage and when I confronted the branch they gave a business week time-frame for it to be corrected. Of course, they never called me, and they treated me with increasing hostility; the cycle of me-calling-them because the problem wasn't corrected, with further and further set out deadline dates passing by... Excuses at first for why it wasn't corrected, then excuses for why they weren't even available to talk about it, saying things like "the only person who can talk to you about that" was "at lunch" or "on break" every single time, regardless of the hour. The issue was never corrected. I've moved on and will forever malign this company, especially this branch. A shame, considering the prior branch managers seemed to legitimately care. The service was steadily going downhill over the last year so I guess I should have seen this coming. This is clearly no longer the same business I signed up with.

Tiyana Horrell5I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to share the most amazing experience ever. The Branch Manager, Marshall Chambers is absolutely hands down both genuine and helpful. He went above and beyond making sure to address my banking needs and provided quick resolution. This guy is a SUPER HERO!

Juliza Hillard1Waiting in line for 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me.the teller thought she was a comedian “says that’s what you get for having a holiday” than I told her that two grocery stores couldn’t read the paper check that the company gave me she said interesting”. No apologies just a smart a$$ mouth. .. I’ve had way better customer experiences with chase. Don’t bank here.and the lead teller is extremely rude no eye contact no smile. Won’t say your welcome nothing!

Corey Settles Sr1I was treating with disrespected by this Keybank one associate (Ashley) was very rude and had nasty attitude. I never been treated in this way at any banks in my time. I was treated with discrimination cause I was different race I went to another area bank (Bank of West) in which I was treated like human being the staff were very nice and welcoming . I would never bank at Key bank again 🙁

Joe Blow1When you go online they won't let you look at your account info until you look at their advertisement page first and then close it to continue. But when they send you important account information such as an increase in fee's, it's in fine print in the mail. They have the means to make sure you're informed but they don't employ it. It's sneaky and dishonest. I had an unexpected 5 dollar fee and they wouldn't waive it so I closed my account. I had over 10,000 dollars in the checking account and received 200 dollars bonus for depositing it in a competitors bank. Suit yourself.

Deena M5Pretty nice bank! The tellers are really nice and helpful. It's easy to get a hold of your account info without filling out slips most of the time. This bank has really great deals when creating a new account! :-)
