  Melissa was amazing! She made everything so easy by telling me exactly what info I needed to give her and when. She was very hard working and made the whole home buying process so much easier. I felt like she focused only on me with how hard she worked for me. Anytime I had questions she responded in a timely manner and had no issues with the million questions I had being a first time home buyer. She also put me in contact with my Realitor who was just as amazing as her. If anyone is looking for a mortgage loan officer who will treat you as priority number 1 then Melissa Carrier is the right woman for the job. I recommend her to everyone I can.

  Melissa was extremely professional and thorough when doing my refinance! It was so much easier than in the past when I worked with other Lenders. She is a master at her job and it shows.   Melissa is hands down the most knowledgeable, passionate, organized, and thorough mortgage broker I know. My Relator was so impressed with her and her team and kept telling me “it normally isn’t always this easy, you choose a great lender” . Her and her team sent weekly status updates and we’re always super responsive when I had a question. Her team was just as amazing to work with (Stephanie and Megan) , they were also very knowledgeable. She made sure I understood all my options and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I have purchased two homes and went through two refinances with Melissa and would never go anywhere else. One time I reached out to her to refinance, and she told me to wait a few months because it wasn’t the right time. Any other lender would have said no problem just to get the deal.
