  I really found each individual staff member knowledgeable and helpful. My problem is that no one ever answers the phone, and messages are not responded to timely. I had my staff try to call more than 5 times, and I personally called and left a message twice and could never get anyone to talk to me on the phone! Bert Whitehead

  I would like to thank Jenny Whitney for the best customer service I have ever received from any company. When I was experiencing something extremely difficult she handled my case as if I were a family member or close friend, with outstanding patience and impeccable concern and professionalism. I feel like my money is in a very safe place knowing that Genisys employs people like her. God bless you.

  We had a wonderful experience while getting our new car financed. Our associate Marie Nicholson was very helpful and patient. It took us a while to find the car we wanted, but Marie stayed in touch and when we finally found the car, she made the experience quick and easy. Thanks for the great service.

  I am that familiar with the process of auto loans. I called up to Genisys and was walked through with my hand held. Marie Nicholson answered all my questions quickly and knowledgeably. This gave me comfort through the whole process. It was fast and easy. I am super thankful for the help that Marie gave. I highly recommended her if you need anything in regards to banking or loans.
