  Used to enjoy banking here when it was BBVA, absolutely a trash bank now. Lu or Lou however you spell it is the rudest “manager” I have ever met. Super unprofessional, when I go through the drive through I don’t want to be sold on a credit card, I mean cmon! I just want my deposit done quickly and efficiently. The young man at the teller window was very nice. I will be moving my funds thanks to this piece of trash manager. Frost here I come!

  They stole my money , during these times work has slowed down and I became negative in my account and tried to slowly pay it off. Several times my stimulus came in and I was able to use that money for bills and food. Pnc closed my case and stole my stimulus once they took over bbva they stopped having me as a customer. I find pnc to be a their and a pirate. Thanks for nothing , stay away from that bank they are horrible

  Disappointing! Branch should be open on Saturdays and Eduardo needs to learn some manners.
