      Love Karen with UTB not only because of her wonderful pleasing and professional personality but also for her absolute extensive knowledge of how to package a file for guaranteed approval by the underwriter. Wanda is also wonderful professional and on top of everything at the branch. These two are just an example of the great people at UTB. We build multi million dollar homes and therefore very particular of service and reliability.

      Transacting a 1031 exchange is both straight forward and complicated. Buyers need qualified intermediaries to help the process along.       The online infrastructure isn't the best. The systems are difficult to use, online banking is a hassle, features like "Bill Pay" are often down, wire transfer process is complicated. However, the staff is nice and tries to be helpful. It is what you would expect from a local bank.

      The bank teller asked me my ethnicity. As unprofessional as that is, when I said I didn’t want to tell him, he yelled at me. Horrible service.
