  United Teletech Financial Credit Union is personal banking at is best. Refinanced my auto loan in record time. This was my 3rd loan closing with the Credit Union and it is #1 in my book. Quick service and each step of the very expedited loan closing process every person I had worked with provided clear explanations to every question. This was fantastic customer service. I highly recommend.

  Having an account with UT has been a breath of fresh air. A much better overall experience in comparison to the typical large banking institution that couldn't care less about your business.   This credit union has charged late fees on my mothers account and she is deceased. Her account was supposed to be stop of all activity when I reported her death. Also they will not release her monies from her savings and I was her POA, Executor and Beneficiary and needless to say her daughter who has been taking care of her affairs for years. I gave them everything they asked for and went through surrogate office and I still do not have her funds. They have no respect for those who lose a parent and they give you the hardest time when they should have a heart for people who are already going through. They also made my sister come back 3 times and she lost her husband and still took some of her money that was due to her. I use to like this credit union until this moment when they could not have a heart in the worst time that i need them to care and just make the process easier.

  We had a good experience with Meera Singh. She helped us from starting to end.She opened account and membership and also helped to open Home Equity Line of Credit loan and it was very quick like 1 week she closed the loan and got the good rate of interest. We are glad that we met Meera Singh and she is awesome and well mannered and professional and answered all the questions we had and over all the process was very Smooth and highly recommend Meera Singh and UTC for all your banking needs!!!!

  I have banked with UTF for many years. Just like any institution there have been hiccups. However, the credit union went above and beyond to rectify any hiccups that came up. UTF cares about their members and will do anything they can to help!

  I have banked with United Teletech since 2012, and have utilized them for various loan options over the years. They have always delivered when needed and have helped along the way pertaining to my personal and business finances. Working with Tatiana over the last two years, has made even the most complicated circumstances a breeze.   My wife and I had been with United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union for eon's. We always conduct out banking in North Brunswick branch. We went through several branch managers and always we get a very satisfactory service from this branch. Geetha had always provided excellent customer service. She is always there to give a helping hand to me and my wife. Geetha always extends her service and treat her members very personal and professional. All questions and are answered with great satisfaction and problems resolved better than expected. Excellent branch for me. I'll give her a branch a 5 star.
