  John was amazingly helpful!! This is the 2nd home I bought with his help, we did hit a few bumps but they had been fixed quickly. He made both experiences super smooth and underwhelming!!   Dealt with builder’s lender and was so unhappy, they jacked up our closing cost! Our realtor highly recommended John and as soon as I contacted him, I knew he is going to make it happen for us! John was professional, quick to respond, very knowledgeable and all paperwork he sent us he encourages us to speak to him so he can explain to us what we are signing. He did not leave us behind, he wanted his clients to understand whats going on throughout the process. I would text him with any questions i have and it don’t matter what time, John responds promptly! Our buying process was smooth, less stressful, and on top of that, we us buyers learned a lot about home buying. The cherry on top was when John made our closing cost go down tremendously! He might not know this, but our family is very thankful for him for helping us buying our forever home. We absolutely highly recommend John, you wont regret it!

  Wow, John, do you even sleep? This was the best lender I've ever worked with. John was incredibly responsive (he called me on Saturday afternoon as soon as my offer was accepted by a seller and got to work immediately that afternoon). He matched a great rate I found and added some lender credits, leading to lower than expected closing costs. On top of all of this, he basically had everything ready to go within 14 days! If you want someone responsive, competitive, and fast, work with John and United Mortgage!

  We were referred to John Shunnarah at United Mortgage Lending by our realtor, and could not have been more satisfied. John is an experienced and knowledgeable mortgage broker, and was outstanding as far as helping us get the best possible rate that he could on our mortgage. He works non-stop (contacted me on a Sunday to start the application process), had pre-approval within a couple days and our mortgage approved within three weeks. John is a great communicator and is immediately available when you need him by e-mail, phone and text. He does a wonderful job explaining things and making sure that everything is in order prior to closing. Highly recommended!
