  Robert was great to work with. Due to COVID-19, Chase Bank wouldn't finance our home because we had less than a 20% down payment. We looked at a house, contacted Robert that afternoon and got pre-approved. He was incredibly responsive at any time (day / night / weekend) and very helpful. We were very pleased with his service.

  What an AWESOME experience I had working with the staff at Cross Country Mortgage! I originally went with Wells Fargo and I wasn’t able to get anything accomplished through them.   This was not our first home purchase, and we kept our options open as to who we would use as our lender. In the past, we had used one of the "bigger" banks around town. We are very happy we opened up our options. As a result, we decided to work with CrossCounty Mortgage and Bobby Clifton, who made this the best experience we have had buying a new home. He always returned calls, he always let us know where we were in the process, and the entire staff at CrossCountry worked efficiently to ensure we got the house to closing as quick as possible.
