  I see only negative reviews for this company. My experience has only been positive! I enjoy working with them very much. If I have a question, I email and normally get a response very quickly. Also the pay is normally very timely. I would love an increase in pay since I provide an excellent service consistently, but I appreciate all the work they send my way. They are a pleasure to work with.

  I have been waiting for them to re-issue payment for services render 12/2019.They provided a check 02/04/2020 but I was unable to cash or deposit the check. I emailed their company again 04/26/2021, yes a whole year later requesting that this payment be reissued and was directed to contact a company named Notary Pay whom also gave me the run around with issuing my payment. I WILL NOT BE CONDUCTING ANY OTHER LOANSIGNING FOR THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. And I still haven't received a responce or my payment!!!

  Notaries beware! Horrible company to do settlements for. Offering $70 for full refinance packages and scanbacks! When confronted about this they defended as if everybody does business this way. Furthest thing from the truth. And trying to get paid is like pulling teeth, levels of professionalism are subpar. I've been doing settlements for over 14 years now, I just feel it's my responsibility to warn others.

  Accounting dept won't pay you so be careful. They don't answer their phones or email. Still waiting on a payment since October 2020 and have reached out to them more than 20 times. No reply.

  147 days since I did a closing for this company and still can't get paid. Have spoken to Meaghan & David both several times and they just point the finger to another department without ever actually saying they'll make this right. Do not recommend this company at all whatsoever.

  Am owed for work done over 60 days ago. No response when I contact them. When talking to other Signing Agents, I learned that they owe MANY of us for past work. 60, 90, 120 days past due. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!
