  Danielle and the entire United Mortgage team were absolutely amazing to deal with! Danielle was extremely professional, honest, knowledgeable and took time to fully explain ALL of our questions. Danielle genuinely cared about our experience during the entire re-finance process and we can’t thank her enough. We have done a few re-finances in the past and this was absolutely the best experience we have had. We will definitely be coming back to United mortgage and Danielle for any future needs and will be recommending their entire team to everyone we know! Thank you again for everything you did!

  My husband and I are so impressed by our services from this bank & learning center. Devlin and Michelle are absolutely WONDERFUL! My husband and I knew we wanted to buy, and found out we had a baby on the way giving us a deadline, but were pretty clueless as to the process of buying a home and taking out a mortgage. Devlin went above and beyond to talk us through the process and answer any question we had, even the silly ones. He looked over our finances and gave us multiple options that would work for us based on our goals. He continuously advised us and never tried to scheme us. He provided emotional support to my pregnant and anxious concerns and held our hands through the entire process from start to finish. He even recommended real estate agents and attorneys that were extremely helpful. He broke down all financial possibilities and got us the best interest rates and other rates possible. Michelle and him were very thorough and made sure they had every document necessary to ensure our approval for the mortgage. Ultimately, we were able to buy our dream property before my due date and within our budget. Also, due to my situation and where we were living at the time, the majority of this was done over the phone or email. I am extremely happy with the experience and 10/10 would recommend working with them to anyone interested in buying a home. Thank you!!!!

  First time home buyer with a great experience with United Mortgage. Process was easy and smooth. My broker streamlined everything and was efficient. Great communication with buyer, lawyer and seller. Also used the same company to refinance. I received the best rate from them and again was pleased with their level of knowledge, ease of process and communication. Don’t think twice, use United Mortgage!

  There should be more stars to encapsulate and rate my experience in getting a reverse mortgage under the guidance of my mortgage agent, and now friend, Alexander Flor. I contacted Alexander Flor to get more information about the suitability of my getting such a mortgage. From the beginning Alex made me aware that reverse mortgages weren't for everyone. He fully explained and exposed me to different agencies (such as HECM Counseling), and explored other avenues of loans. All the while, Alex was warm and yet thoroughly professional in keeping me informed as to my progress in obtaining the loan once I decided it was the best step for me. Now that I have obtained the loan, I feel like a huge burden has been lifted from me and that my future is secure and down right optimistic. Alex even helped me construct an easily manageable monthly budget. I sincerely feel that any person who is concerned about keeping their home should explore the option of getting a reverse mortgage - especially under the auspices of United Mortgage and if you're lucky, have Alexander Flor as your originating agent.

  Danielle was very professional, timely, and great at explaining things about the home buying process.   Highly recommend Jimmy! As first time buyers, we had no idea what we were doing and Jimmy walked us through everything and made the whole process painless!   My family and I just moved into our first home about a week ago. Glenn Geis and Devlin McHugh deserve all of the credit. Without their guidance and advice, it would be difficult for me to take the next step. I was very comfortable in speaking with Glenn and i had 1000 questioned for him but he was never annoyed by my phone call or text. Devlin and Glenn prepared me and ensure that I qualified for the house that my family was looking for. House prices are high and almost gave up but Devlin and Glenn guided me till the closing date. They have proven to me that if you are serious about purchasing a home, they will ensure that you qualify for a loan and that you can afford a home with a price that you thought you will not be able to get from a bank. My family was able to get a large loan, one that had no chance of being approved for more than $400,000 but ended up being approved for $780,000. Trust the process and you will Thank them. Have your 2 Year Income/ no 2 year Income, call them just for once. one call changed everything for me, call United Mortgage.

  Danielle Ardonato, has been everything for us. She was patient and gave us so much more hope that we would find a home and we did. It was a nearly 2 year long process and she did everything for us even when we were ready to quit. I don't think our family would have a home without her or United Mortgage. If anyone needs a home, this is the place to go. They connected us to everything we needed from lawyer, inspector, and even an agent. I literally have nothing negative to say about Danielle or this company. Make sure to check out their seminar for first time home buyers.

  It was a pleasure working with Danielle on my home loan. She definitely made what I would imagine is typically a very impersonal experience about as comfortable and personal as possible. Danielle not only reached out on the morning of the closing to wish my wife and I good luck, but also showed up after the closing with a very thoughtful and original gift that we LOVE. I don’t think that most people go above and beyond like that—especially when their part of the process is pretty much over. It was very much appreciated and I would definitely steer any of my family and friends towards her and United Mortgage if they are purchasing a home. In terms of going through the process itself, Danielle always kept me informed of what was going on and was very quick to respond if I had any questions or needed clarification on anything. It was the most positive experience that I could have hoped for.
