  Best pawn shop in Chicago when it comes to fair exchange. Even if they can’t take your item they’re good at helping find an alternative for you. I’ve been going here for years because in a clutch they always give me exactly what I need and it’s never too much to get back my pawned merchandise. Plus they’re funny, friendly and I always feel welcomed.

  Everytime I have visited United Loan Pawn Shop, I was always treated with respect. Their staff is knowledgeable and they have a wide variety of items to sell. They also give you a fair loan on your items. I have been a customer for over 20 years. They're awesome in my opinion.

  I got good money for my gold chains. They gave me more than I was offered downtown. Don't waste your time somewhere else.

  I had a good experience here. The store is run by a brother and sister team with their mother still coming down on occasion. They seem pretty fair and honest. It is nice to have a business that has been in the community for so long and I was surprised that they seemed to know many of the customers by name and the customers knew them. This was my first time pawning and they made me comfortable with the process. The deals of the items they sell can't be beat. A friend recently bought their wedding rings here and they were just beautiful, plus the price was amazing.

  I was offered an extremely low amount for a top of the line television. Then when I requested more money one of the employees started laughing as if my situation was funny to him. The guy in charge was ok but the employee was extremely unprofessional and I was not impressed. EZ pawn was extremely nice and I was offered almost twice as much money. Needless to say I'll never go back here and definitely wouldn't recommend it.
