  I was an absolute pleasure working with Jarrod and his team at Guaranteed Mortgage. As a first time homebuyer, I was very stressed and nervous throughout the process but Yolanda (can’t thank her enough) answered my emails promptly, had hour long phone calls explaining and even helping me go in with a lower down payment after I explained that I really didn’t understand what I was getting myself into with my initial offer. Because of this I saved thousands of dollars at closing to use towards my home with no fees! I was prepped to be prepared for underwriting and was in and out in 48 hours and approved with NO borrower conditions. Adrienne also kept me updated on each step towards the end of the process responding and getting documents to me quickly. Jarrod even called me during closing to ensure everything was going smoothly and to let me know I was almost to the finish line. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Jarrods team at Guaranteed Rate and wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone looking to purchase a home directly to them. I am forever grateful!

  Jarrod and his team is awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure I close on my FHA home loan expeditiously. He was even available all times of the day and night to answer any of my questions. My realtor have 14+ years and while at the closing table she said she having seen a FHA/203K close in the the amount of time Jarrod and his team made happen.   Excellent customer service should be embedded within the DNA of every business. This is something that my partners and I stand by. To be informed of the poor satisfaction my client received after conducting business with this company was gut wrenching. Poor Customer Service. Poor Communication. Poor Correspondance. Redirection of blame for THEIR incompetence. And still have the audacity to request a "Good Review". The list continues. We always attemp to do business with professionals, but it appears that we get what we pay for. "Guaranteed Rate" must equate to "Poor Quality, Guaranteed". If you work hard for your customers, you won't have to ask for a "good" review! Good Luck Guaranteed Rate Of Bronzville!
