Alexander Golovin5I'm not sure why this bank has so many negative reviews. I've been here dozens of times and the staff has been excellent. I've pretty much been helped by very member of the staff and they have been nothing but professional with me.

mykhail bolden1If you are young and black try to avoid this bank. The manager Darci Lewis is incompetent. If I didn’t move from Morgan park area I would have still been going to 95th & Ashland where the manager Monica is much better and efficient and effective. I wanted my personal and business accounts linked(after they made me start a business account saying my account could be flagged due to too many cash deposits) so that I can see both without having to log into 2 separate accounts. Sounds easy right? Nope, months later it still is not done. And she does not acknowledge me or like to explain why not. I visit this branch at least twice a week for personal and business and when she sees me she asks “who are you.” I even called corporate still nothing!!! And for the rest of you leaving reviews about the caramel rude manager her name is at the top.

jessica theodile2This is the worst bmo I have ever been to! I've been a few times nothing ever changes! Bank has more business than bank can handle. Always very crowded, never enough bankers or tellers. Drive through line long, inside bank long and always one banker. And one particular teller that I've dealt with on a couple of occasions has a bad attitude not friendly at all. Hate that this is the most convenient bank to me. If you can try and find a different location make this one last resort unless you have a unlimited amount of patience.

I’m currently the only customer here and have been waiting for 15-20 minutes to speak with a banker as they congregated and chatted amongst themselves. No one has acknowledged or greeted me. My experience with BMO Harris specifically this branch has been horrible. Salvador G. finally assisted me and did not apologize for the wait and was less than friendly.

Cedric McCay4Very impressed with the client, pleasant interior of this facility. For several years, I made deposits for a client at this branch. Staff seemed reasonably friendly (though, they were often in personal conversations in front of the customers). I am not a customer of this bank, but if I were, this would likely be my favorite branch. Plenty of parking, drive-thru lanes for window banking, and an ATM machine in the lobby.

Jermaine Daney1It is sad that an individual can not utilize bmo Harris branches in my community. Two locations and neither of them are open. Why would I want to bank with bmo Harris if I can not get person to person interaction. Granted for the oh so OCD pandemic people yes we need to be safe. Yet not one available branch open for those like myself who doesn't believe in a computer processing my business 100% of the time nor do I enjoy talking or texting with a live rep or computer generated one. If I can not get a person why would I believe I can obtain my funds.

B W3I've had a decent experience banking with BMO Harris, however,the customer service in the mortgage department is subpar. The mortgage specialist never followed up. I reached out and Bill explained he would contact me later that day, of course he did not. It's poor business practice to disregard customers. If I wasn't an eligible candidate, all Bill had to do was explain. I eventually found a bank with incredible customer service and received pre approval within 24 hours. Therefore, I recommend you look elsewhere for loans.
