  We just purchased a house in Adrian, MI and they were extremely responsive. They moved so quickly and effectively that we had to wait on others to close. I was very pleased with the personalized attention that we received as well as the excellent rate provided. If purchasing in Michigan again, we would only go with ULC.

  As first time home buyers, we were blown away by ULC! Jackie was incredibly responsive and kept us updated on our loan's status every step of the way. He processed our loan and got us cleared to close in less than 14 days when the rest of the market is taking 30 days or more.
