  Brian Updike was very efficient with helping set up my Serious Interest Checking Account. He was very informative, made me feel comfortable throughout the process and gave me some tips and a brief walkthrough about online banking as well as the virtual teller.

  Greg Wierenga, the mortgage loan officer of the Cascade office got me into my first home. Super helpful through the process and closed quickly. Great rate locked in and I can now say I’m a homeowner thanks to Consumers. Either way I’m excited to move in soon! Thanks Greg!

  I switched my accounts to Consumers Credit Union after terrible service from an employee at Lake Michigan Credit Union. The account representative at Consumers, Brian at 28th Street, was very helpful in helping me open accounts. The difference in service was amazing.

  Setting up and funding the account online was very easy. I stopped in a local branch to pick up my debit card, which was printed onsite after only a few minutes. The teller informed me of a better Share account product than what I had selected online, and signed me up for it on the spot. Because of the excellent products (4% interest checking, and 2.25% Share acct.) and service, I am moving all of my business to them from PNC. My girlfriend has banked with Consumers for over a decade and has always been pleased with their service.
