  I fully enjoyed Nick both personally and professionally. He was immediately on top of the issues to be resolved with my loan, in advance and saved time and stress. Particularly, there we errors on my credit report that I had tried to remove on my own via the lender but without success. Nick helped me get the issue fixed quickly! I fully and highly endorse Nick.

  Nick was awesome! As a first time home buyer there was a lot of things I was unsure of. Nick walked me through every step of the process. He's very responsive, and I haven't waited more than a single day for a response, and he notifies me when he may not be available well ahead of time. He has been very transparent with everything in the process and provided a lot of resources that help with the home buying/owning process. Even after buying the house and owning for a few months, I can still reach out to him for any information I might need. Nick was a huge help and I couldn't have bought my home without him.

  Nick was very helpful throughout the entire home buying process from the initial pre approval to the final closing. He was always available and willing to answer question at anytime. He really does have your best interests in mind, I would highly recommend.

  I was introduced to Nick through a mutual friend in the real estate business. I live in Florida and Nick is in Michigan although he does a lot of business in Florida as well. From the beginning Nick made my wife and I feel as though we were life long friends or relatives. We had not bought a home in a number of years so we were a bit apprehensive. Nick took his time to explain everything we needed to do in a simple and most understanding way. He was with us via phone and internet every day to guide us. His knowledge and friendliness has taken us on a journey we expected to be long and tedious and made it fun and exciting. We are now in the process of packing and preparing to move into our new home.   Nick VanVorst was fantastic!! We found the Condo we wanted after looking for a year, due to the current market we had to move fast. We went to a mortgage broker that we had used in the past and after several weeks of back and forth they declined our loan even though we had enough cash to purchase. Nick was referred to us and he jumped right in and was able to get us approved in a very short time frame. Nick communicated with us daily with the progress until the closing. I highly recommend him!!

  I have only good things to say about Nick VanVorst. Our realtor recommended Nick to us last December when we started looking at moving. Sence then he has given up great service. All this time we had the best information we could ask for. Now we nave found a great house to buy and will be signing tomorrow at the tittle office. One of the great things is we were able with Nick's help stay on our budget.
