  The staff was fairly nice, which is why I gave 2 stars, but I wasted a lot of time there. A lot of promises were not kept unless I went to light a fire under them. They lost important papers that I brought to them and faxed to them to complete my case. It was like pulling teeth to get my counsellor to contact me. And after everything I went through, she sent my mortgage company and incomplete package. I will just help myself from now on.

  I was referred to this place for utilities assistance,&I talked to same lady 3 times she was soooo rude! & Demand so much from me in short time,I don't know what to do,but be mindful what goes around come back around,up today and never know yo after while ,God bless. U Tammy!

  This wasn't just a fun class, it was the most compounded education that I've yet to discover. I've researched for over a year y'all!!! Mrs. Reed has established a curriculum that is both rich in information/knowledge while maintaining an compassion and an exciting environment. She is full of passion and love for all of her students because she knows how vulnerable we all are as a society, against corporate greed!!! We're all human and dang it, we are supossed to watch out for one another. She tells you right off the back, you will be a changed contributor in society once you leave her class! I will hold this experience dear to my heart and fight to make this curriculum a standard for all 8th graders graduating middle school! Because, the dropout rate takes a drastic turn freshmen year of highschool. Its not being too tough, its giving a dang about your neighbors! There is a reason why such curriculums are not standardized... -to ensure the average Joe slips and becomes indebted in servitude to the private sector. NO MATTER HOW DISTANT, WE ARE ALL HUMAN BEINGS AND MUST SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Bernie Sanders 2020!!! Mrs. Reed, please include a public services handout sheet with regards to PUBLIC servant utilization like the attached photo captures. Lenders do NOT research or conduct this portion adequately. So, to help oneself, it is best to utilize them directly as they were intended. Cut through the pocket diggers and leave a paper trail.
