Eustis Corrigan3I expected my service experience to be better than it was. Only came in for an oil change and had a couple of other items (door issues, windnoise, window tint) to be looked at - i was told that i would be best to make a separate appointment since i had not indicated these items on my request. When i received a missed call from the dealership later that morning, no voicemail message was left to inform me that my vehicle was ready; so i had to call back and speak to someone and find out. I found that odd. I picked up my vehicle to find smudge marks on the front passenger seat. Not what I would have expected. I spent a lot of money with the dealership on my vehicle and had an awesome experience then. I hope my next service experience improves...and i'm sure it will.

jwin15945I'm rating an Excellent and a 10 because of Amanda Martin, my service advisor. She was excellent. BUT, I cannot believe at 3 years old and 49k miles, my air conditioner has gone out. And after doing research, it appears to be a common problem with Silverados. GM can't do a recall or at least a discount on the repair? This is the second Silverado I've purchased in 5 years. Not again.

Laprece Washington5Mrs. Donna Williams was the perfect example of customer service. I had my 20 year old daughter take her car up to the service department for an oil change and recall repair. Mrs. Donna took her time to explain to her what was needed and what she may need to consider later for the recommended services. My daughter even given some literature as reference. I appreciate her being as friendly and informative as she was with her. A+ in my book!!!!

I have been dealing with CHC I have never been so disappointed with the service I had on 12/28/2020 for an oil change 3 hour with this VIRUS going on I sit in the waiting room full of customers, and I have had to call GM 1-800 number be cost I can talk to no one about the matter I have called the shop manger on return call. I would like to talk with someone about this matter Thanks LJ.

Van Savage4I went on onstar to schedule. When I showed up she said it'd be 2 days before they could look at it. Why schedule service if they don't keep the schedule. I was taken aback at the expanation that onstar doesn't communicate with the garage. The reservation is easy to take but the important part is keeping the reservation. Very dissapointed with the failure to keep the appointment.

Angela Collins and Ray Whitthorne were very patient with my inquiries about when my appointment time was to come... When the time came, the service was handled in a timely fashion... very professional... highly recommended...

Yvonda Higgins1I had a very frustrating experience with this service center. I called the center on 11/1 to inquire about having another key made for my vehicle. I was told that it could be done, but I could not make it to the service center prior to closing. I had my City Express towed to the dealership on that Saturday morning about 8:30 am. I was told that it would be about 2:30 p.m. before it was finished. At around 11 a.m. I received a call that it would not be completed on Saturday, but they would get to it first thing Monday. At this point I had to rent a vehicle as I need mine for work. On Monday morning 11/5 I received a call about 8:30 a.m. that there weren't any keys in stock for the vehicle so the keys would have to be ordered, adding another day. I asked if she was certain it would be ready because I would have to pay an additional $60 to keep my vehicle another day and she said yes they would get to it first thing Tuesday. On Tuesday I didn't hear from anyone at all. I called and left 3 messages for the advisor and no one called me back. At my lunch time, noon, I drove to the service center. At this point I was told that it would be ready at 2:00 p.m. It was ready at the time stated at this point. However, it was very frustration not to have good, concrete information while having to rent a vehicle. The labor charge was more than expected as well. The advisor said this was because two keys had to be programmed. I was originally told on the phone that once they had one key, they could make a copy of the other. The trip proved to be much more expensive then attended. It was especially frustrating because I purchased the vehicle at this dealership and I was only given one key.

Speaking with him it was nice to hear the community involvement that you all are a part of, that I had no knowledge existed. Great job, keep your standards high!
