      This location would love for you to come wait in their line! The ‘managers’ will sit at their desks playing solitaire and checking their watches as they enjoy you waiting in their long lines! Closing my B of A account as soon as I have no pending transactions.

      Do not bank with bank of America especially this one on Winchester. Unauthorized payments occur in your account and they tell you it's nothing they can do before even picking up a phone or typing a button on a computer. No more direct deposit from me. Finding me a new bank and closing my account. Any bank that can't help you when your money gone is a financial failure. Deserve 0 stars.

      Tellers are well trained. Bank is clean and up to date. The line runs slow on the weekend but during the week its never a crowd. Opening up an account is quick and convenient. I would recommend this bank.

      Only one bank teller working and their drive thru was closed only ATM's. I've spent over 30 minutes here because there was only one person working. I wouldn't come here again I've wasted my time enough at this branch it's happened more than once. If you have a busy schedule don't expect fast service at this banking branch.

      Slow. Today at 2pm only one drive through ATM. Drive by window is closed. Staff for the most part are below par. 9-14-2015. Wish better branch was close by. Did I mention dirty.. . don't think location will be open for long or only used to train staff

      Long lines........ No matter what part of the day. Please staff this bank. I love tge people because they are so nice but it takes so long.

      They have more tellers!! I only waited 10 minutes tops!! I am super happy!! Customer service is still AMAZING!!

      NO AC !!!! 100° outside!! Standing in line NOW FOR 25 MINUTES!!! 🤬🤬 to see a teller. The other Teller on a call & in NO RUSH to get line of 15 DOWN !!! The closes Mt Moriah location because PROFITS OVER SERVICE 🤬🤬
