Not only was he there for us to answer any and all questions we had, he also possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience that helped immensely as we weighed a variety of loan options. Moreover, when we had multiple offers going through a sellers’ market, John was super dependable to provide us quick turnarounds on pre-approval letters. Once we had an offer accepted and were in the contract process, John (again) was with us every step of the way.   United Financial exceed our expectations on refinancing our home. We were given a great rate low closing costs and great communication throughout the entire process.   I had the privilege of working with Steve Renfro by sheer chance based on a recommendation from my realtor. It was the best experience.   We purchased our first home with the help of John Dziedzic and United Financial, and they were absolutely incredible through the entire process. Since it was our first home we really weren't sure on how the entire process worked, John was always open and available for any questions I had. He was extremely detailed and always willing to explain anything we were unsure about. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

  We could not have asked for a better experience than the one we had with Steve Renfro. He was always there to answer questions, offer advise and to expedite our mortgage loan. He even checked in with us when he was in the hospital! I do not think we would have made it through our "across 2 states" paperwork without him!
