  After applying for a personal loan and being turned down by my bank for insufficient credit history. I was directed to United Finance as an alternative lender. I was extremely embarrassed, and a little apprehensive knowing that there was another chance of being turned down and tossed aside with the many of Americans who have no/poor credit. The moment I walked through the door I was welcomed with a friendly, warm and inviting greeting. Not common at any bank or credit union I am used to. It seemed to relieve some of my apprehension and made me feel a little less tense. I had applied for a small installment loan taking what I could get to establish some sort of installment rapport on my credit report. I had been anticipating a big fat NO, to my surprise they had almost instantaneously approved my request and wanted to go over the terms and conditions with me regarding the secured loan! They where very informative and answered all my petty lending questions. I left with a clear understanding and a confidence I did not enter initially with. I had finished my due diligence, because of them I got to drive away in an extremely attractive JEEP YJ, as I was building an important fundamental toward my credit future! After my new toy had been paid off, I had another spontaneous need which the Grants Pass United Finance office happily satisfied ! I decided to take my business back to them because I consistently get the same feeling walking through those doors with the same warm greeting and smiling faces! The atmosphere is relaxed and the energy is so positive. It's hard to stay away from this crew of people ! I almost look forward to calling in my payment, knowing I will get the opportunity to catch up with Megan or JC ! They have a niche for hiring a well rounded staff that I can clearly tell work as a team , when my go to gal Megan isn't available, my requests are passed to another associate who is always informed of my need or situation ! Thank you Grants Pass United Finance for helping me pave the road to my credit worthiness! I would recommend this institution to anyone!

  I Gloria Gonzales loves United Finance they do Excellent work and they are also very friendly. And there loans are pretty easy to get. I would recommend my friends to United Finance.

  They helped us finance a auto when nobody could. They also refinanced when I never thought I could to replace the motor in the financed vehicle. They are always so efficient in the process love to work them. Everybody in the office you will know by first name at the end of your first experience with them.

  This company actually charges you 5 dollars to pay your bill over the phone regardless of the fact you were exposed to covid and have been quarantined for the last 6 days(If you don't have auto pay set up).
