  Juan was the guy who helped me with my student loan forgiveness. The customer service I was given was amazing. He was very helpful explaining everything to me. He made it to where i only had to make a few big payments and the rest of my payments are only $19.00. I would definetly recommend people go to them for help with their student loans. They explain everything to where you can understand what's gonna happen and find the best solutions for u to be able to get your loans paid off.

  I must say it is great knowing there are still organizations that help and have their customers in their best interest. Like every other human being, this year has presented the most challenging and unprecedented obstacles. Today, Luis Rodriguez help ease one of my burdens in the form of my student loans. With his detailed description of their program and a payment plan that is customized to meet my needs without putting my family into a deeper hole of debt. Mr. RODRIGUEZ helped bring some much sunshine on this dark and gloomy year. I would recommend their services to everyone that is walking the face of the earth.

  I started with United DocuPrep a year ago and my experience has been great. Before starting with them, I had no idea what was going on with my student loans. I had many different companies calling me and asking for money for my student loans. On my first call, United docuprep told me that they will take care of all the people calling me and they will also help me improve my credit. They put me through the rehab program and helped me improve my credit. Their customer service is great. There are never no hold times and I am able to usually get the information I want in a matter of days. I went from not knowing what was going on with my student loans to not having to worry about it. With all the good, United docuprep does charge money for their services. However, every time I could not pay my payment, I just called them and rescheduled. They did not give me a hard time and were very understanding. 100% recommend.

  Got a cold Call (standard), I have been out of school and paying on my loans since 2013 - still get calls all the time. The way they lower your payment is fudging the information sent to the loan servicer, and I quote from our conversation "...they don't check the family size unless it is vastly off from IRS."...... so essentially they fudge your submission to lower your payment and charge monthly = nothing you cant do. Also they claimed they did not call me - blamed on the lead generating companies so I never found out how they got my number.

  Dealing with this company trying to consolidate my student loans. I have been paying this company for about six months for this service, when I asked about the status of my loans and could I get documents from the progress of the agreement that has been accepted by the U.S. Dept. Of Education, I was given the run around. This company has been calling me for a payment and even told me that if I didn't make a payment that my loan would go into default and my wages would be garnished. I informed them that I had just had heart surgery in April 2020 and was recovering from that and since the country was in a PANDEMICCCCCCC.....all student loan have been halted until September 2020. I asked to speak to a supervisor and a young lady got on the line and stated "We will call you back with information on the status of where we are with working with your loans". I asked could I get an email from you with this information please. This conversation took place in May 2020 and I haven't heard from them since. Right now my confidence in United Docu Prep Inc. has been Shaken! I suggest to anyone with student loans to commit to working solely with the lender on your loans. I feel as I had been duked for six months. I will NOT pay these guys any more of my hard earned money again.

  Well I work with Luis Rodriguez, started paying in July so my wages wouldn't be garnished. He also told me they would be reporting my on time payments to the Credit Bureau, to help build my credit. Long story short, not 1 payment was sent to Dept. of Education. Not 1 on time payment notice was sent to the Credit Bureau. AND NOW MY CHECK IS BEING GARNISHED. I started paying them in July to avoid this. To make matters worse, now he won't return my calls or emails. He also discussed my finances with my family member. I'm sure that illegal. Along with everything else he's done!!! Please choose a different company, unless you want to pay Unit Docu Prep a bunch of money and be in WORSE SHAPE THEN WHEN YOU STARTED. Oh and I don't have a clue where my money went, and Luis won't return my calls or emails to tell me where it went either. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OR WORK WITH LUIS RODRIGUEZ.

  Juan was very instrumental in helping me choose the right product for my needs and circumstances. His informative nature and willing disposition eased any fears I may have had about engaging in an unfamiliar program. He was also very patient and understanding.   Landon was excellent to work with. He really helped me with all the steps it took to come to a payment plan. Everything went exactly like Landon told me it would go and there were no other hidden costs. The company is honest and so was he. I had no trouble with the company at all; I rate them all five stars!

  Kai is very knowledgeable, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I was initially very reluctant to do anything because i was tricked in the past that after paying the company a large sum of money, they just disappeared, phone not answered. But Kai reassured me that i could check with BetterBussinesBureau, i decided to go forward. I am glad i did it, I got qualified for a reduce payment, that i could afford with the hope of getting forgiveness. Thank United Docu Prep Inc, and Kai for your assistance.

  DocuPrep is the way to go when you need help will your school loans. Landon is the representative that helped me when I started a year ago and I must say it was a surprise when he called and updated me on my account. Going with DocuPrep enabled me to be stress free when getting into the loan forgiveness program.
