  I have nothing but good things to say about Estrada Mortgage Group! From the very first day they made us feel welcome. They truly are a team that worked hard and helped my husband and I get a loan for the purchase of our new home. Last year, my husband and I decided to pursue our dream of becoming homeowners but we ended up with a bad homebuying experience. We decided to try again this year and we were referred to Daniel Estrada. We were amazed at how smooth our homebuying process was. Raul Gomez always answered any questions or would call to check if we had any concerns. Ana and Kim were very clear and communicative throughout as well.   I have known Daniel Estrada for several years now. He was the mortgage agent for a home I purchased several years ago and we are working on a refinance at this time. He is a wonderful person aside from a knowledgeable mortgage agent. He guides me as if I am a family member. He is very honest and up front as to what he feels is the right thing for me to do when faced with a decision. He is always available whether through a phone call or a personal meeting. When he says I am here for you, he really means it! When I walk into his office I am treated like i am his only client. Every person I have come into contact with has treated me in a very personal as well as a professional manner. This is due to training by management and reflects Mr. Estrada's personal level of client and agent respect and kindness. He values each and every client and makes sure that your needs are met 100%.   My experience with the Estrada Mortgage Group was phenomenal. There is absolutely nothing fun about the documentation process that comes with applying for a mortgage. But the Estrada group made it as easy and stress-free as it could have possibly been. From the very beginning, they were upfront regarding all closing costs and estimated mortgage payments. If I am ever in need of another mortgage loan or a refinance, I will not have to look any further than the Estrada Mortgage Group.

  Estrada Mortgage and Group have played a very important part of my, and my family's life. When we were having problems trying to get approved through Lennar Homes, they stepped up to the plate, and had us qualified within two weeks. Even after we had to rent a home for two months, because of the set backs that we were dealing with with Lennar, they took it to the next level, and we got approved.
