  The process was smooth from start to finish. After having an initial converstation with Kevin about our needs, the online application process was very user friendly. Kevin was a great help and had some key advice for us along the way. Even though we only spoke to one other lender, Kevin's guidance and service put us at ease knowing that we made the right choice for a lender on this purchase.   "Cristina is the best !" She was always there answering our calls right away and going out of her way to help us out with our closing to make our transaction smoothly as possible. She is very professional and friendly. I can't thank Cristina enough for everything she did for us. I highly recommend her.

  Sandy was amazing to deal with. She answered calls promptly, and even went above and beyond by making sure we had all we needed (even past business hours and during her personal time). We had a hiccup at escrow - a miscommunication between them and escrow - but Sandy was quick to get her corporate office involved and was diligent in following up every day to ensure our issue was resolved. There was another issue with escrow about how we took title but Sandy - even after the deal closed - helped us file a correction at no charge and fixed the issue.

  I reached out to Cornerstone Mortgage for assistance and guidance to buy my first home and was contacted by Hayden Howard. He assured me that he could help me and requested I send him personal information. He told me he will review my information and will get back to me asap. Well Its now been over a week and no response. Hayden completely ignored me. I would of appreciated at least a text telling me that Cornerstone Mortgage cannot help me buying my first home. If its difficult to answer a simple question, I can't imagine them helping with buying my first house.

  Team Colebrook - Bryan Colebrook, Lisa Brimm, Karen and Caitlin are just a complete package of awesomeness! They were absolutely ninjas and got my wife and I a perfect mortgage and closed escrow in less than 30days on a perfect house that just randomly popped up on our radar. I can’t thank the whole team enough for being not only pleasant to deal with but also very informative and they all made sure that there was not a single hitch in the whole process. At closing time I honestly almost didn’t believe it happened so quickly! There had to be a catch right? Nope! 100% the awesomeness of team Colebrook in action!   I went to Hayden Howard a year ago and said he can help me out getting a house I sent him my information and he lacked on reaching me back I had to constantly keep contacting him after awhile I went with a different person and cornerstone mortgage were still running my credit when I wasnt in business with them I well never go back to them or him.
