  This place is terrible! I went over the summer to buy a money order and was charged over $12 in fees after being told I would only be charged $1 for a money order. After going back to inquire why so many different transaction fees were listed on my account I was shown a sign that said "$3 ATM Fee" and told rudely that the fees were explained to me. I don't buy money orders so when I needed one I was told the fee is $1. I asked if I could use my debit card like cash or would it be better to get cash? I was told I could use my debit card. The Indian guy (maybe manager or owner) said he would need to do two different transactions but it would be 1 money order so it would be $1. I said ok knowing I would just keep an eye on my account. I was nailed with over $12 in fees, $6 per transaction. So when I saw the additional charges on my account the next day, I went back to the store. I explained to the Indian lady what occurred as the man sat behind her ignoring my complaint. He finally interjects to say rudely he explained it to me. I responded that he did not because I would not have wasted $12 if he told me that. I would have went to my back which is an additional 5-10 minutes away as I would not have willingly wasted money like that. She responded in his defense that he trained her and would have explained the fees. I responded once again he did not tell me. This is when she points to the "$3 ATM Fee" sign. I looked at her puzzled as to why that would apply to me since I wasn't using the ATM. I don't use ATM's outside m banks because I don't want to pay their fee for my money. She responds that's the sign that he would have shown me and explained. None of which happened. She then says that most people don't care about the fees to which I let her know that I'm not one of those people. Needless to say, I did not get my money back but I learned not to patronized this place anymore. If they were located in any other neighborhood they would not have conducted business in this manner.

  2nd time that I have had an issue cashing a paycheck that was less than a week old. Same representative that looked over the check for 5 minutes before saying she can't cash it. Just ridiculous.

  Came in with a check, which was a gift from my mother from South Carolina. The bank my mom has is only in the south, regardless it’s legit. So when I hand this lady the check she automatically looks at it and says this is a fraud check it’s no good. I then explained where it was from and who sent it out to me and she proceeded to call the bank telling me “you can get in big trouble for this but this is on you”. She called the bank gave the account number and Wallah!! Oh it’s a good check. By then I already felt disrespected. So her and her coworker continue to analyze the check as if they didn’t just call the bank to confirm. They ended up calling the bank RIGHT back to confirm some more info. At this point I said forget it, I felt I was being discriminated and mistreated. Very Unprofessional! Told them give me my check back and I will never step through there again

  Every time when I go into this Check cashing store they have hidden fees that you don't know about. I sent my daughter $150 through Western Union from this store. The store- person announced that the total was $162.50. I gave her my card and paid it then left the store. Something just told me to check my bank account and why does it reflect a total of $168? I called the store and the store-person says there is a sign. Excuse me? Are you serious.... When you purchase an item in America it says the TRUE amount that you are going to be charged. You should not have to read some FINE PRINT in order to find out if you are being charge access fees. I told her that I did not care about a sign, but each time I come into your store there is some kind of hidden charge. The least you could do is be courteous and let your customers know. Guess what? You don't have to let me know because I stopped getting money orders and doing faxes a long time ago. It was an emergency so I had to do it this time. But, repeat after me ... NEVER AGAIN! The sad thing is that this store takes advantage of the people in this community because many of them might not have a car to get around, so they have to do business there. But, if it were up to me I would get myself on the bus and go elsewhere. The cost to fax papers are outrageous and then they don't even give you a confirmation of the fax. Go to the library in Elsmere, the fax is only .10 a page versus paying a dollar a page and some hidden fee. Absolutely ridiculous!

  I will not go here ever again she treats minorities different she asks for debit cards, where you got the check, where you usually cash checks, and will make you wait until she wants to cash it after all these unnecessary questions and a long a** wait just ridiculous I wish there was an option for no stars!

  I am extremely pissed off today July 29th 2015 I bought a $65 bus pass when I went to use it the same day my pass didn't work. The bus driver went and punched wholes on my pass. I was even more upset because I dont have any money left till next payday. I called them upset and they told me that it's non of their problem plus I don't have a receipt. I explained she never gave me a receipt. Tomorrow I will go over there and start a fight till I get my $65 back.

  If you’re a minority count your money ! They try to get over on people which I don’t understand because they are minorities Themselves I had to call the police and make them run the cameras back to give m e my $1600 that they shorted me on a check

  Hi. I went to this place this afternoon. The Indian woman was very rude, told me aggressive bad words, yelled to me. I was really discriminated for her. She said I bothered her just because I asked for a receipt, and She had to hang up the phone to pay attention to me. I don’t recommend this place anymore.

  They need more help and it be hot in their and only one person and they be a while with someone else their needs to be another person to help others instead of u waiting 20 to 30 mins and they charge alot
