Robert Miller, of Luke Real Estate is an accomplished and experienced real estate broker. He is a top notch real estate professional, and full service broker, offering all the necessary comprehensive services you will need, whether buying or selling a home. Not to mention, Luke Real Estate offers lower commission rates, which in fact, is a monetary benefit for the the seller. I highly recommend Luke Real Estate! Robert Miller is a fantastic broker!

I was going through a divorce and Luke Real Estate (Bob Miller) was my agent in selling my home. Bob has an acute knowledge of the real estate markets both locally and nationally and has a great deal of experience buying and selling homes for all sorts of clients. I picked him because of his experience, which exceeds that of most real estate agents I've ever dealt with. Bob spoke to me about the home which we purchased new 25 years prior. We talked about all the different options and based on his advice he listed the house and it sold in two weeks. I was also selling a house in New Jersey at the same time. That was a completely different and much less professional process. Bob and Luke Real Estate will represent me with any other real estate dealings I have. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks, Bob!!

I was personally involved with the sale of a home recently sold where Bob Miller was the realtor. Luke Realty is a full service realty service. Bob was at the home of the seller within 12 hours of the first phone call to enlist his expertise. The first showing on the first day, this lovely home sold. Bob has sold hundreds of homes and is available for questions and concerns day and night. His demeanor is to be admired. I personally witnessed at the closing the most disrespectful and miserable buyers that I have ever seen. They showed up early for the walk through, had their pod delivered after being told to wait till seller’s truck was finished, gestured angrily before ever getting out of their car. I suppose this was due to trash at the end of the driveway that was being picked up later that morning. The moving truck scheduled for 7 30 arrived at 10 30, do the minimal amount of furniture and boxes were still inside. The arrogant buyers accused the seller of not installing a humidifier which was installed. A branch the night before broke part of a fence that could have been fixed for free, but no the miserable couple wanted it professionally done. The cost $250. Through all this, Bob kept his cool and was very professional. He made one phone call and boom the fence was to be fixed. The buyer yelled at the garbage man, the movers, her realtor (bless his heart) and Bob Miller. She is suppose to bring any concerns to her realtor. Bob Miller also consoled Sheila described in an earlier review as an old widow that Bob did not help. First of all 64 is a senior citizen but to attempt to validate her lame point, called her old. So many would assume a woman in her 80’s, far from it. Secondly, this widow is also a Gold Star mom. She lost her only child, a son, 9/11 at the Pentagon. The buyer conveniently left this out because it is disgusting and disgraceful of their behavior towards this woman that had to sell her home that she lived in for the past 17 years. To purposely bring this Gold Star mom to tears over minor inconveniences, yes minor, there are no words. In an above review that wanted to give Bob “0” stars comes from a miserable person that’s only wish was to have others join in her misery. Being a pastor’s wife of 34 years and serving in full-time ministry for 30 years which included 15 moves since 1980, I have never been so appalled to witness buyers so miserable. Buying a beautiful home on beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood with awesome neighbors should bring a measure of joy and gratitude. The above negative review holds zero water and credibility, without any specifics. It’s a true shame that Bob Miller an outstanding realtor I would recommend to anyone and Luke Realty can be slandered by an obvious mentally unstable person. This is the danger of reviews. Unstable, miserable people can endanger the livelihood of an outstanding person who truly goes the extra mile for his clients. The clincher if you have any reservations is the actual settlement where they were in separate rooms due to the verbal abuse this buyer afflicted on everyone involved. In the 30 year career of Bob Miller he said, “This was a first.” On a lighter note, both lawyers fought over who would be with the Gold Star mom, during the signing. Their misery continues as the buyers unwisely antagonize their new neighbors. A couple in their 80’s, the husband has had several strokes since January. They had company over to enjoy their pool and deck where ashes were falling on their deck and pool due to this miserable couple illegally burning branches in their backyard. When kindly asked to postpone, they actually laughed at this couple. So there you go.

I would never advise or recommend Luke Real Estate to anyone. I had the worse experience with them when I recently tried to purchase a property from them. In brief I searched out this property a year ago and got it contact with Luke when I learned that they had the property. Every time I contact Robert Miller I was told either the property wasn't going to sale for months or I had to wait for it to be cleaned out. Keep in mind I kept in touch with Robert for months and I did all my homework on the property as I went along. I would drive by the property at least twice a week. The bottom line is that Robert Miller of Luke Real Estate I believe never intended to show me the property after a year of waiting or had someone in mind along. I have filed a complaint against Luke and would never ever recommend them to anyone... Buyers be ware.... Traci

      Response from the owner

With all due respect, I never met you in person. You never hired me to work for you, nor did I represent you in a real estate transaction. You called to inquire about a foreclosure/bank owned property, that was yet to be on the open market. During our conversations, I explained, many times, that foreclosures take several months to hit the MLS, due to many factors, such as following proper protocol and clearing potential safety concerns/liabilities. Potential buyers cannot view bank owned properties, until the actual sale price is established. As you know, I represented the seller/the bank. You made an appointment with a real estate company, other than Luke Real Estate, to show you the home...who in turn, cancelled the appointment. The individual who cancelled the appointment, did not work for Luke Real Estate. Various search engines list other real estate company's properties. To the general public, this may appear as if they're dealing with the actual "listing" agency. In this particular case, you called another brokerage, who set the appointment, and in turn cancelled your appointment. Luke Real Estate had no responsibility for the appointment that you set with another brokerage. To your dismay, this particular house sold very quick. Furthermore, I do not have control over who eventually buys the house. I would love to represent both sides of the transaction, in every house I sell. However, when this property sold, I did not represent the buyer, nor know the buyer, as insinuated. I would have liked to have shown you the property, and represented you, had you set the appointment with Luke Real Estate. Thank you, Robert Miller Broker/Owner, Luke Real Estate

If I could give zero stars, I would. In my experience, Bob was insulting to (women) buyers (he was the seller's agent, I was the buyer). My opinion and experience is that his very demeanor was abrasive to me. In my opinion, it seemed that he did not follow up with the seller (we were the buyers) to be certain everything on her end was done prior to the time of closing. I'd be happy to provide the many, many details to anyone who wants them - there are way too many to list here. I've bought and sold many houses in the past and have NEVER encountered a person or a transaction as unpleasant and as difficult as this one was. All I can say is that it seems you get what you pay for in life, and if you think you are saving money by hiring a discount agent - all I believe that you are doing is buying extra problems for yourself and for your buyers.

      Response from the owner

Ms. Bernadette Simone, As you know, I represented the SELLER. You were the buyer. After 25+ years in real estate, and thousands of transactions, I still pride myself on superior customer service for my clients, and no circumstance will hinder my passion for helping people with their real estate needs. With that being said, this is the first time in my career that I've ever had to respond to ludicrous reviews from someone I personally don't know. I'm using plural, as in "reviews," because I find it interesting that you've spent your time, writing multiple reviews, on multiple platforms, as an attempt to intimidate me and my company, Luke Real Estate. I would like to clarify, that you were never my client. I represented the seller, who was very happy with the sale of her home, and my provided service. I didn't represent you. My sole objective is to protect the best interests of my clients. I get paid to ensure a successful transition, whether buying or selling, and represent clients well, throughout the entire duration of the transaction. Negotiations between brokers can sometimes be contentious, ending in a way that the "other party" may not like. Due to the fact that I negotiated in the best interest of my client/the seller, (also known as challenging the opinion of the buyer), you, in turn, took to the internet, to tarnish the reputation of my business and defame my character. This was not a dialog, but more like a diatribe, not based on facts. My client and I were in constant communication, throughout the entire sale of her home, and I was available to her, day and night, in the event she had any questions or concerns. She was very grateful as to how I handled everything on her behalf. If you are displeased, I strongly encourage you to speak with YOUR broker, privately. You've publicly called me a "cut-rate" discount broker, insinuating that people who pay less commission, receive lesser service. Luke Real Estate is a full service brokerage, offering sellers a fully marketed, fully managed, and fully serviced home sale, based on a 3.5% commission structure. It's disheartening that we live in a time where where virtual strangers can attempt to destroy one's character and livelihood, while sitting behind a keyboard. I question your sense of entitlement, as you have no right to treat people in a cruel manner, just because you may not have received 100% of your desires or expectations, during real estate negotiations, between two professionals. I feel that your broker and I handled everything in a professional manner. Your opinion is nothing more than speculation and innuendo. I don't understand your intended agenda, since you were never my client. Your online comments are unnecessary, unkind and untrue. In conclusion, I offer you grace. Enjoy your beautiful new home. Thank you, Robert Miller Broker/Owner, Luke Real Estate

I was in the market to buy my first house. I called Luke Reality and they were excellent. They took the time to meet with me to fully undestand what I was looking for. They never got upset with the many questions I asked, as a potential new home owner. Thanks to Luke Reality I am a very happy new homeowner.

I called Luke Realty about one of their listings but it was already sold. They spent a lot of time with me to find the perfect home. We are closing on our new home next week! Thank you again!
