      They don't respond to your service you need done after you wait for three month on to be approved by inspection from last storm very disappointed having living here 12yrsand always pay my mortgage on time

      I have constant issues with United Built Homes after I decided to use them to build my house. I have now been waiting since March 13,2020 for then the replace my shower that cracked. It is now August 17, 2020. They have tried to patch it twice before this last issue and it has cracked for a third time. I now have a hole in the sheetrock above my shower for over a month waiting on them to replace a shower that was installed incorrectly.This has been the worst customer service experience ever. I would strongly recommend not to use United Built Homes.

      My parents recently purchased a home through UBH. We had been looking for a home to buy for years. We found a post online about a previously owned UBH that was near us that was up for sale. We schedule a showing and my mother fell in love with the home. We put an offer in thinking there was no way we would get it. It was a really nice house on a great plot of land. My mother received the call a few days later and we had been approved. We have currently been in our home just over a month and we love it. Our case worker Dora kept us up to date on all the progresses of the paperwork and have really helped us. We have even told my cousin who is looking to buy a house about UBH. We had a wonderful experience with this company.
