  The Litton Mortgage team was incredible to work with during our home-buying experience. We had a little bit of a bumpy ride during the process and Litton was by our side the whole time. They are professional, kind, patient and knowledgable. I highly recommend giving them a call.

  We were previously working with a different loan provider, but I has highly recommended to stop by Litton, which saved us a lot of $ in the end! We did not work with Jaclyn but Rockie, and he was beyond any level of kindness I have seen, plus gave us the best mortgage rate ever! Loved their office and everything there, they are super nice to toddlers too and are always so welcoming. We are telling everyone about them and also about The Warehouse Warrior - it was Eric Hoffman who helped us in knowing Litton and also with so much more information we needed as we made the big move from overseas to LA. Go Litton!!!

  Rocky is the lender that you wish you had met first if you ever had a bad lending experience. He's genuine, honest, professional, warm, funny and incredibly knowledgeable. I've met many lenders and these two (Rocky and Jacqueline of Litton Mortgage) are top-notch. Rocky renders A+ service and knows the lending industry inside-and-out. He stands apart by coupling his acumen with genuine concern and commitment to his customers, guiding them as if they were friends/family. His preapprovals are solid.   Jaclyn and team went the extra mile for this military family! When we arrived with our VA loan already used for a previous home, they worked an even better deal on rural development... And then helped refinance the VA loan and waived fees! I couldn't recommend Litton Mortgage higher!
