      I love this bank! These people are so polite and kind and helpful. On several occasions I have needed extra assistance with opening accounts or overseas transactions or online banking, and these people have been as helpful as the banking rules allowed. If you want a bank with a hometown feel, where the bankers are happy to get to know and help you, then this is the bank for you.       The ATM at this branch of United Bank goes down an average of once every two weeks. I do NOT want apologies for the inconvenience- I want them to fix their sadsack machine!
