  This Bank Sucks big time it holds my checks for an extra 2 weeks sometimes even longer one time I had to wait an entire month just I recommend people lok elsewhere to bank

  Visiting this branch with an elderly family member who needs help. I’m told we are only doing 1 to 1 right now, because you know, masks, and plastic screens in a large area where only a few people isn’t enough. Yet in the back of the branch three people are sitting together, but I can’t help my family member with a transition. Another awesome experience with Navy Fed

  My mother went to deposit a check, and some employee named Stephanie told my mother that she needs her ID to be verified and that the law changed starting today. My mother never had to have her ID checked for depositing a check. Some time ago, my mother went there for depositing a check and that SAME employee reported that my mother's check is fraud and my mother went to another bank to verify the check wasn't fraud on the same day. My mother wasted 2 hours just for something that would of been 10-15 minutes. I'm disappointed. That employee Stephanie was very rude, she even looked at my mother differently. This kind of service doesn't satisfy my expectations. Careful everyone. (NOTE: Not all employees are bad here. This is just another rude employee that was apparently hired.)

  Nfcu is a great bank but this location has many smokers outside from next restaurant nightly so there is smoke cloud at ATM. Stopped inside on a Saturday morning and was packed even with three (the Max) tellers. Service was good though.

  NavyFed tellers normally are very courteous. However, this location has a rude one. Mr Yung. He was not only over talking with me but when I was counting the money I withdrew he was yawning and drinking from his sport bottle. How professional is that?

  I would not recommend this bank for anybody because the tellers always judge people on how much money is in your account, tend to be rude, catered more to military then they do citizens and does not have convenient locations when need to find one.

  Couldn't believe I saw my good friend (Yung) again here at the NFCU branch - whom I haven't seen for more than 19 years now :)

  Very rude customer service, the attitude of a Philippine guy so nasty and horrible, don't know how management keep him on that branch, he was so rude and unprofessional and lazy
