Yeah ever since they switched I had nothing but problems with this bank my 4 year old son has a savings account with them and if we dont put money in it every month they will take 5 dollars out of a little kids account I'm over this I will be switching to a credit union ASP

Ever since they switched from Carolina trust to United bank it has been the worst experience. I would not recommend this bank to anyone period. After my experience with them this morning I'll be going to cancel my account with them today. Worst bank ever don't use them!

My wife and I came inside to link our savings with our checking account and not one but two different tellers were very rude to us. I don't think that their behavior is acceptable. My advice, go next door to BB&T, I know I will. I've banked with them before marriage and they were always kind to us. Not like the snooty tellers at Carolina Trust Bank

Drive thru is slow as molasses. Not sure why when they are not opened inside. Every time I come say slowness, different days and times.
