Abraham Rach1Well, I don't bank here, and never have, never will. This is a community relations review. So I was driving my 4 door long bed truck in town one day, (yes, I know, it's my choice to drive it) and I was running an errand right by BOA. The truck is too large for any on street parking, so I pursued one of the many empty spots in BOA lot. There were maybe six total cars in the lot, and I'm guessing who must be the parking lot "guard" tells me I can't park in the lot unless I'm going to the bank. Fair enough, although I could see the issue with parking in the lot if I had taken the last spot, which I didn't. This guy is yelling at me about taking up a spot while he's double parked, and taking up two spaces himself. Be a good community neighbor and help someone out if it doesn't hinder you.

Kim1Dont waste your time they're not for the people! I was getting my tax money sent to my account and they shut it down before my tax money was deposited for no apparent reason and I had to make a new account and wait on a paper tax check for almost 2 months!! I took the paper check up there and they put it on hold and trying to pay it to me in payments and charge for cashing checks even though you have an account with them. My family used to bank with them and they all went to another bank that actually knows what the hell is going on and are there for you. If I could I'd give this bank 0 star!! They are rude and give you the run around. Don't ever bank here!! BE AWARE!!! IT'LL SAVE YOU THE TIME AND HEADACHE!!

Michael Goldin5I had a great experience. I was waiting in line when a personal banker came out of his office and asked what I needed. He said he could assist me and invited me into his office. He introduced himself, Seth and proceeded to take care of as much of my transaction as he could in his office. He then walked me up to the tellers station and when no one was available, he continued to finish my transaction. Seth was courteous, polite and had a great attitude. I have been with Bank of America for over fifteen years however, I do all my banking online. This is the first time I have been in one of their branches in years and I had a great experience.

Michael Brown5Very good service. They were busy but had a person in the lobby serving customers and providing options. Later I found out that this person is the Branch Manager when he gave me his business card after they assisted me with my new account. I was quite surprised to learn that he was the manager and I think that having that person there greeting each client is spectacular since when you hear the word manager, it is rare that you see them, but this person was in that lobby at all times giving attention to each client. I didn’t care about the wait time because while I was waiting the branch manager talked to me about an auto loan, I got the chance to play with my phone and the process of opening my account was very easy, they ordered checks for me, and assisted me with the app. Take the time to visit them, great staff and have like a family environment.

Kimberly White1Worst bank I have ever dealt with. They have absolutely no regard for human beings. Money, money, money. The longer it stays it their pocket, the poorer you become. Wish I could give negative stars for their utter lack of customer service and help in time of need.

Tyler Conley5I have never had problems at this bank, they are all very friendly and do what they can with the staff they have. Many of the negative reviews here you may realize that they are false. If the bank closes at 4pm, why do they wait until the last minute? I have seen them arriving at the drive thru at exactly 4pm and they act as if they had arrived much earlier. There are people who simply lie in their reviews to pretend to harm local businesses. They were always willing to help and I was able to go in and there was a bit of a wait but the service was good. Don't be swayed by too many negative comments here from people pretending to be victims when in fact they are not.

Jerry Talbot II1What bank closes at 4:00 on a Friday before a holiday, offers no ability to walk in to do business and pulls the shade on you after you have been sitting in line? BoA Lincolnton, NC. Time to move banks. They close down the Boger City branch years ago and leave open the small one in Lincolnton.

Misty Maultbay1Every time I have to go inside I stand in line anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes. They do not apologize for your wait. I have witnessed more people get turned away then actually helped (due to any number of ridiculous policies). They never have more then one teller behind the counter, even though there are multiple people there that could help speed up the process. I tried using the drive thru and was told that I couldn't make deposits, that I needed to come inside (where I had to stand and wait again). Mind you, it says NOTHING about not accepting deposits in the drive thru. I could understand having a busy day every now and then, but this is every time! Clearly they have operational issues that need to be addressed. Calling corporate apparently doesn't do much either, seems to me that BoA doesn't care to make changes for the better or to the benefit of their customers. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years, it infuriates me knowing that a company of that standing has no regard or respect for the people/customers that have made it the success that it is. I'm sure not ALL BoA employees are disinterested in their job, so to that, I hope this reaches someone that cares, and can make a difference.
