  I cannot speak highly enough about Traci/Prime Mortgage. In working with Traci on my last home purchase, her professional skill set is impressive. Traci handled the entire process for us. It was the easiest mortgage process I have ever been through. Traci diligently handled all of the underwriters requests and explained to us the reasons for the data requests that we were given. Traci even came to our closing just to ensure all things were handled...did you read that...the mortgage broker was there...at the closing...just to be sure all matters were handled. Traci did this all on her own accord. My spouse and I were not just a number. I highly recommend Traci/Prime Mortgage..she is honest, straight forward and knows who to speak with to move things along. And she is local...in Lincolnton, NC. Job well done Traci.

  I cannot put into words just how amazing Traci is! Our home search was difficult for a number of reasons and she was there for everything, even willing to learn a type of loan she had never done before. That didn’t pan out but she answered every question quickly and accurately and was at our closing just this afternoon. She was fantastic from start to finish and in the event that I buy another home (not likely because we love our new home) we will definitely use her again.
