  First off, this is a pretty decent company overall. They need to develop a way that customers can pay online. Having to pay 4 dollars to make a payment and then not being able to get a receipt at least mailed to you is nuts.. Happy to have been approved but interest rate too high..

  This people will work with you to get you on a car, I give them that. But be careful with the decision you make in going with them.. I had bought a car and only the second day of having the check engine light went on I told them many times to give me another that I didn’t have no problem if the payment went down or If i had to put a little more money down for a better car with no issues but they didn’t want to. Ever since then my first month of having the car I took it 4 times to the shop, the car ended up breaking down on me in the middle of nowhere. I told them once again with giving me another car, answer was no, they told me the issues with the car and the big mount of money it would be required to get it fixed, asking for me to put more money on it to get it fixed when they were the ones in selling me a car with a messed up engine, clearly knowing that I was the one loosing money that I put as down payment and the two bi-weekly payments that I had already made! Be careful with with these people. Just a warning!

  Was buying a white 2007 Cadillac srx didn't have it a month had to put it in shop and then their shop didn't fix and put a dent in the car as wellhad to take it back then still had problem with it and same thing is still wrong with it. Won't do anything to fix cars and finance company don't won't to hear about what kind of car they finance can't never get a Hold of the finance company so if see it don't buy it it not fixed they just got it back there's a lot wrong with it
