  I have had nothing but good experiences at this branch. Vanessa Van de Sande has been nothing but professional and kind, helping me to navigate through my financial needs. Last week I had a wonderful experience with a teller, Africa Perez. She was so courteous and paid very close attention to detail. I always feel treated with respect when I'm there. Excellent customer service!

  Had an appointment at 2pm with the manager Adriana... but there was a rude employee there by the name of Vanessa Van de Sande, who lied to me about her being there. When she saw me determined to wait then she said Adriana was in the brake room, so at that point I left. Bad customer relations. Specially Vanessa.
