I do hope this credit union finds away to make it better for their clients. Customer/client relationships should always be in tact when doing business. I only gave a start to comment. Unify- Do what's right and make it better for your clients.

Kyle Roth1Worse bank ever! Takes 5 days to process an auto loan payment, so any notice of nonrecieval will have you collecting late fees if you find out the payment didn't go through, which is common with this bank! Call center is ignorant and full of misinformation. Complete headache dealing with this company!

Marc Spardello1Not a review of the local branch, but the Call Center suffers from ARROGANCE. The supervisor informed the rep helping me that he was not going to review my issue at all until I made my account current. He would not even listen to the problem I was having. In today's day and age that is archaic and shows zero regard for their client. I was calling in about a payment issue, that is the bank's wrong doing in the first place. It is still very much a small business, you will get the Rosey Perez type answering the phone mimicking how to sound professional - whatever she can pickup from watching Netflix on how to sound educated. I could not believe what I heard. If anyone at Unify CC actually cares about how they treat their own customers they should reach out to me and listen to what was said during my phone conversation - I was literally told that my issue with a payment would not be heard until I made a payment. I no longer own the vehicle, the dealer bought it weeks ago. I had a question about how it would effect my credit and wanted to know about any options I would have. It is almost comical, like I was part of a prank phone call. Well, not that they care but if I can influence one other potential banking customer to not join Unify CC then I did a service to our community.

christopher Wilkins5Stopped by to pay my car payment. Best experience I've ever had in a bank. And my mom was in banking 28 years and a VP . No offense mom Fernando helped me, I was inquiring about all the different ways to make my payment. He explained on the many ways and finished by telling me about a credit card balance transfer offer that was being offered @ 0.99% for 12 months . it will save me thousands of dollars in interest from my credit cards with a higher rates. I feel like I hit a jackpot at the casino it was so much money. Definitely recommend going by and seeing Fernando, he'll take great care of you. I've been telling people all day.

Low Rez5Absolutely love this place everyone here is super friendly and make you feel right at home. Like no matter what day you are having you will leave with a smile! I cannot recommend this place enough for young people starting out. You need help and they get it; and they give you that extra boost you need to start out on your own. 10/10 would recommend again my dudes

Cimone Peabody1They charged me twice for my car payment and refused to refund it unless I emailed a screenshot of my bank account showing that the payment had gone through. You don't get any notice that your payments have gone through but they tack on late fees in a flash and good luck trying to get a supervisor. Had I known this would be the bank I had to deal with I definitely would not have bought my car.

Lewis Adams5We needed quick cash for our business start-up. We went in to Unify with sole intention of simply replacing a high interest loan that we had just gotten from another private lender. After speaking with Ryan Teepan, we got a generous line of credit, which allowed us to not only replaced the high interest loan, we were able to pay off our other personal loans and credit cards, at a seriously lower interest rate and a single, lower payment across the board. I also refinanced my car at a much lower interest rate, saving another $200 per month. Ryan was very friendly, professional, no pressure and seriously wanted to help us with what we needed. He's a business guru! We were so impressed that we called our son and Erin was able to help him out, as well! He was so comfortable with Erin, he told us that we could go ahead and leave and that he could finalize everthing himself. We we saw him later that evening, he was extremely excited as he was able to save over $200 a month in expenses. He was happy as he just moved into a new apartment last week. What can I say about the Unify team on Sahara... AWESOME!!

Ed Harvey5great service cool modern banking experience. Super low rates on auto loans with long term better then any other. I also got a 2nd mortgage HELOC at a good rate.

Adriana Amor1Terrible! One problem after another with getting verified. I am taking my buisiness elsewhere. Won't even so much as allow me to speak with any sort of supervisor etc. ridiculous. Closed my acct without my permission. Yet, won't allow me to speak to the fraud dept. over the phone. I have to go into a physical location. Didn’t even notify me they were closing my acct. I just checked it and everything was gone, so now I have to figure out how to pay all my bills, get paid, get documents to open new acct somewhere. THANKS UNIFY!!!

Holly Huth1Terrible in every way. We have a car loan with them: payments are not conveniently made through online banking, their customer service is awful, and when my husband tried to add me to the account THEY SENT US SOMEONE ELSE'S PERSONAL INFORMATION. The form that was emailed to us was already completed by another customer. Recommend banking elsewhere!
