  I must be honest about this review normally my opinion of this location is absolutely 5 Stars, but my experience during this weeks visit left me writing a review. I have never visited any bank, credit union, check cashing facility etc. that when receiving cash the teller did not count the cash out in front of me regardless of the amount, but that’s exactly what Art did after getting the cash from the machine he just put it on the desk in a single pile which felt VERY DISMISSIVE! So I had to count the cash in front of him as a reminder that he didn’t count the money but he had no concern all and I’m not talking about some small amount. No one else in that branch has ever done this, Customer service is clearly NOT his priority!

  I normally e deposit my checks and call to get the fund released so that I can pay my rent. They release the finds via phone every month. All of a sudden I call today only to be told that they can only release $300 due to my deposit history. They were so rude especially the manager. So basically their telling me they are not going to release my funds until after rent is due and had a non chalant attitude about the whole situation. They do not care about their customers. I will be removing my funds from their bank and canceling my account as soon as my funds become available. I would rather pay chase 6$ per month than to bank with unify. Please save your time and energy and bank with chase they have much better customer service and won’t have you in a bind owing late fees on rent. I will be contacting an attorney on Monday.

  I am so happy they opened this branch in Lakewood. I was a Chase Bank customer for a few years, but remembered the money I would save with my credit union. I switched my checking and savings to Unify and I have been very proud of my decision :) The team here (I only remember Juliana and Louis) have been terrific. I recently bought a used car and they were quick with my loan process. My daughter had some issues with fraud on her debit card and the team took care of it, post haste! I definitely recommend this branch as one of the best UNIFY has to offer ♥

  Love love love Unify, been with them since they were Western. Lewis the loan officer is so cool and very good at his job, very friendly and can answer any question you have. He took great care of me anf people before me needing assistance. Can't say enough good things.

  They are only getting two stars for approving me for the credit rebuilder loan which I have faithfully paid off many times. They don’t get the other three stars because they never approved me for a regular loan or a credit card despite good payment history with them.

  Locally based credit union. Always friendly staff. 24 hour ATM. Free parking. Pre covid, they offered coffee, tea or water while you waited in line. Ask for a cup of coffee from most banks!

  Every time I walk in a Unify branch, I leave very pleased. The last time I did business with them, Sarah Takapu was attentive and responsive to all my questions. Made everything so simple and easy. Thank you.

  All the time there is one bank teller for such a long line and nobody seems to care. I wished I lived closer to the one on aviation blvd. That one is good.

  Jocelyn and the staff were very helpful in my transaction and questions on loans. I am glad to be going to this branch.
